Need help guys. Got one for Christmas (yay), however the left foot's joint is stiff. I can only move the foot up and down but the tilt of the foot is crooked. Based on a review video I saw, there should be good/flexible articulation for the feet. How can I safely loosen up the joint?

i have used wd40 applied with a cocktail stick & left to sit for a while, worked on the bicep of my iron patriot last week

All good now? Did not dull the paint or...?
