I'd say death candidates would be Hawkeye, Fury since Coulson will probably make an appearance in the movies again as Director of SHIELD, Maria Hill, and possibly War Machine. I'm aware Hawkeye is said to be in Civil War but that wouldn't be the first white lie. Saying otherwise right now would hint at exactly this, that he doesn't survive AoU. Just an idea of a bit of misdirection from the filmmakers.

That wasn't my point. I just said he survives the initial ultron attack. They were pretty happy before he came along so i'm pretty sure this scene is after.

On facebook they're suggesting it's Maria Hill that's gonna die, apparently she's not shown after the initial attack..., I don't know though & no one does till the movie comes out.

shes a tv actress though, she played a smaller role in WS too, I dont think weve seen coulson at all yet so maybe they only have cameos
