OMG pre-order cancelled. Did you see how easy it is to rip off his cod piece? Such crappy design! And the Krypton Factor level of assembling of the throne. Crazy.

Seriously, one of the funniest reviews ever. I feel bad for the lad but damn, read the instructions!

This is why I don't buy displayed Hot Toys Piece's from people.
You got guys that just rip and tear parts off when there are simple directions to follow.

I remember trying to put the Avengers Loki helmet together. that was nerve wracking. :lol

I was a complete state when I did mine! Shaking and sweating, so worried I'd scratch the face or break a clip. And because of that, I have never taken it off!

I know what you mean about scratching and the clip. I took mine off and put it back on couple time. I'm practically a pro now. :lol

Yep and that feedback is all from cheap items and clothing. Not a single positive feedback from a hot toys sale. In fact up till a month ago they had never sold a hot toy and now they have 20 seperate ones listed all for less then hot toys sells them. For figures most stores don't have yet. So no way they are clearenced.

You can't just look at the feedback score.

If I remember right there was a similar listing for the Mk3 a while back that someone got cheated on. If something really seems too good to be true it probably is.

I bought one, it probably will be a fake but with the eBay money back guarantee, I figured I'd take a shot. When I get it in a few weeks I'll let everyone know how it turns out.

You don't need to wait. It's a scam.

And just because there's buyer protection doesn't mean you should gamble. By the time you file a complaint the account at Paypal will be empty and eBay will have to pay you out of pocket. This keeps happening and they either go out of business or raise fees a lot. That money has to come from somewhere.

If you think it's a scam you shouldn't be allowed to gamble with someone else's money. You wanna gamble with your own that's fine. But that's not what's happening.

If eBay can't get the money back from the seller's foreign bank account, you'll be in for a fight to get your money back. Unless their policies have changed since I last had to fight a scammer...

I think I got only a fraction of my money back in that case, granted that was probably 5+ years ago.

If I'm not wrong, Ebay just separated from Paypal. So Ebay is not the one escalating your claims, it's Paypal.

Got mine fro Sideshow today. The gold looks great. The elbow joints are a low but the lack of head motion up is he biggest down side. Still looks cool with his arms posed behind his back.
