So you had a random out burst?!

And if I was going to post a spoiler I wouldn't post it like that. I'm well aware that you guys don't get it until next week.
What I posted was my hope and common sense that says he's going to make an appearance in it. Haven't seen it or read a review, just common sense.

Could just be his opinion, I mean I've insisted since day 1 that Thanos will have a presence in this film somehow but I've never had proof. Still kinda think that broken shield scene is to do with him, will find out tomorrow tho!.

Regardless, I can't wait for this figure. And whichever Ultron I finally decide on getting.

I'm not posting a spoiler. If I was I wouldn't have it as a normal post.
Say if I posted my comment in the Thor or Iron-man thread, would it be a spoiler.? No because we expect to see them, just like Thanos. After all he is the bad guy all of these films are building up too. It would be weirder if he didn't appear in it in some shape or form.

Thank you! It is my opinion, and like you I'm confident he'll be in there. What role he will have I don't know.

Yeah, I mean he won't be main but I think he's part of the reason Thor leaves or he comes for Visions infinity stone head gem thing, my main two theories as I'm not sure how else they could fit him in. I'm still hoping he eventually comes for Loki after Loki failed him, maybe thats what draws Thor away. If Thor even leaves, I remember that was an early rumour.

I think Thor leaves because Asgard is under attack from him. Remember the Easter Egg in the first Thor movie? The gauntlet is in Odin's treasure room/ safe what ever you want to call it. Plus isn't this where the Tesseract is? I'm betting that Thanos is on a raid to get them while Thor is on earth distracted by fighting Ultron. Heimdall sends word to Thor that Asgard is under attack, thus Thor leaves the Avengers but when he gets back Thanos has already got the gauntlet and Tesseract. Boom Thanos now has the gauntlet and the first of the infinity stones. The events here lead to the next Thor movie.

I think Thor leaves because Asgard is under attack from him. Remember the Easter Egg in the first Thor movie? The gauntlet is in Odin's treasure room/ safe what ever you want to call it. Plus isn't this where the Tesseract is? I'm betting that Thanos is on a raid to get them while Thor is on earth distracted by fighting Ultron. Heimdall sends word to Thor that Asgard is under attack, thus Thor leaves the Avengers but when he gets back Thanos has already got the gauntlet and Tesseract. Boom Thanos now has the gauntlet and the first of the infinity stones. The events here lead to the next Thor movie.

Could be right, with Odin missing and Loki on the throne it would be a much easier attack, add in Thor being off world and yeah I could see this happening. Could be too soon for such a big move on Thanos' part tho. Thor must know about him by now, I mean Loki would likely of told Odin or Thor how he come by the Chitauri army and Sceptre.

Will be finding out tomorrow, would love a Thanos action scene but I feel it's Ultron's movie so any Thanos appearance or reference will be minor.

It's a good theory, but I think all of that would happen during Ragnarok. If Thor is to battle Surtur, then Thanos can use that as an opportunity to raid the weapons vault. Or just get Loki to steal it since he seems to be acting as king.

Thanos is the during credits scene, it shows the gauntlet and he says "I guess I'll do this myself" or something along those lines.

Good point, phase 3 has to be the build up to Infinity War, Thanos will start appearing more and more and it makes sense to leave the spotlight on Ultron in this film. Still expecting a brief cameo tho.

So thor is a pansy? He leaves Asgard and goes and parties with stark? That makes zero sense. Thor leaving asgard becuase it's attacked destroys the credibility of the character.
