They don't leave big plot details from one movie in another: for this to be true would mean you had to see this to under stand ragnarok when it drops and that's just to big a plot device to be left out of the film. They link the movies but not by things like that.

Cause a recap/brief summary at the start of the film is too much. Guess all those people who didn't see Avengers wondered how Loki ended up in Asgardian prison then as they hadn't seen him be defeated and captured in TDW.

Loki being in prison (which given he was cussing trouble in thor 1 as well) is not the same as the whole plot of a movie being becuase of what happened in another. Loki was not the focus of tdw. He was at best secondary. What he said in his guess was that something happens that we see in aou and that is the main story of thor3. It's different. Its the main plot. The whole point of the movie.
And if you want to go with what actors said being good Intel (your Chris hemsworth comment) Idris said his character only appears in a
dream sequence...so he's not reaching out to warn thor about anything
Yes they could just do a recap. But then why make the movie. It's the whole plot. It would be like ultron having been made and introduced and a full character in iron man 3. Sure, they could recap it at the begging of aou. But it's just bad idea. People that are not die hard followers like us already have a hard time keeping things straight. You can hint and Easter egg and feel the effects (loki in prison, but a bad guy in prison doesn't really need a whole lot of explanation does it?) but major story lines going from one movie to another that are not actual sequels is a hard thing to do. It would also confuse the story of AoU. Harsh to say, but your average person is dense. The more story lines the harder to follow. People that like avengers would complain the story is not complete becuase it went into thor ragnarok and then next year someone going to watch thor is going to wonder what they missed in aou. And John Doe is not going to understand what is going on. Lol

I fail to see how Thanos going to Asgard in AoU is ruining the whole plot of Thor: Ragnarok. Or for that matter half of your points, you seem to have misunderstood and then just ran with what you thought justifying that.
My point is Thanos taking the gauntlet and tesseract from Asgard in AoU would have no effect on Thor: Ragnarok as thats a completely different story. Why you think this happening in AoU affects a different film and story so much I have no idea.
Yeah I did. Thought it was great, tho lacking a bit in the editing department.
Thanos does indeed appear, though I feel the scene would have been better suited at the end of GOTG rather than AoU. He looked good tho, finally out of his throne

Yeah good to see him off his fat ass , and I agree that scene seemed way out of context with the movie, it was good but different dialogue please , maybe its only 1 part of another scene with Loki or something , and we'll see the full scene at the end of Thor 3

why would thanos give loki the scepter knowing it contains a gem, when all he wanted was to collect them all? kinda bad planning don't you think? if Loki did succeed in conquering earth, he'd have to get it from him again....

I'd say he was planning on taking it back... Along with the Tesseract. Kind of like a calculated risk. He was giving up one gem in the hopes of getting two
