Just hope the production piece looks as bulky as the prototype did, as the most recent pics of the Hulkbuster make it look thinner....

Maybe, maybe not. No one knows for sure except for HT, and they have not said either way yet.

I think their lack of transparency is absurd. The amount of money we sink into this hobby you'd think we'd have a bit more information.

Agreed. If they are having production issues, just tell us. I'd be much more understanding if they said they had to delay because of quality control or they were running behind schedule instead of just just delaying it for months with no real reason.

For such a large company, you'd think they would have better customer service.

Especially when its number one customer for purchases is the Chinese government.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2017/04/04/united-states-china-trade-relations/99989116/

The U.S. shipped $116 billion of goods to China in 2016, making it the third largest export market after Canada and Mexico, according to the Department of Commerce. But that figure pales compared to the $463 billion in imports from China. The result is a U.S. trade deficit of $347 billion, the largest of any U.S. trading partner.

LOL?

China is the fastest growing region my company sells to...by far globally. We are expecting expansion in the billions over the next 5 years. Its the wild west over there for business and enterprising. Most deals are made by someone in/around/for the government any ancillary contract deals are though nepotism to some government worker's uncle's, cousin's or nephew's businesses.

They did ditch the original design last year right before releasing it and started over. That's the reason for the delay and they told use that last year.

I do agree they are not very transparent but they have been more so with this than most other figures.

Is this it? Have we officially run out of things to say about this now? Just here waiting for the next bit of news or pic dum dee dum

Thought it was silly. Never called it that in AOU and transporting it, even in pieces, on that cargo plane seemed odd.

you are right, no way a guy like tony stark can make a hulkbuster suit fit into a cargo plane, his engineering stops at iroman suits out of suitcases

Happy was not in AOU , why would happy call it hulkbuster in that movie?

It wasn't speaking to fictional skills, but just the fact that I prefer to think of the HB armor as insanely massive. It was thrown in there as a neat little easter egg which was fun but I would have preferred "new armor prototype" or something to that effect. That would have been better in my opinion.
