Yeah...read on toysforum where Hong Kong locals complain about the missing decals. But that doesn't matter. I don't have any of the other war machine figures. This is a first for me.

The wrong logo variant might become highly valuable on the secondary market... just sayin'. ;)

Hot toys do not have those type of variants you get with huge mass market lines. And even if they did most of the time it's not a good thing to have one that's got an error on a figure that's going for film accuracy.

That's not the point I think, the prototype on Starlord's walkman doesn't show the Sony logo.

:lol you missed mine, I'm just saying that's why they had to change it.

They could've been like that on the proto's because they didn't know the USAF logo's are actually copyrighted by the U.S. Military and isn't covered by Marvel's license.

It does look very cool...but the price isn't. :lol

Yes and yes. Still annoyed that I had to use points on this but that second pic looks damn good.

I liked the IM3 paint-up but didn't go for it since it never appeared on screen. I still dig it but it's a little drab in comparison to this one. Definitely overalll likin' this set more

:slap Come to think of it, we are suppose to be paying for "accurate" high-end figures. Sigh.

They should have know after the IM3 MK2.

people who have watched the film confirmed that the logo on the prototype is movie accurate.
that means the logo on the final product is not!:thud:

Question to those who already have this, Any QC issues ? thinking of picking it up now, but if QC is a problem I will wait for sideshow to have them later, Thanks to all

IP, Hot Rod and IM3 WM2 are all fine so no reason this should have any issues. Only difference is the paint.

Agreed, though the button that drops the legs might be something that doesn't work on a small % of figs. Worth checking when you get it.
