I like the film's costume and therefore the figure, compared to what SSC made. Plus, based on the reviews, I know HT packaging will look better also. For display purposes I think this figure would look great next to Winter Soldier, with all of the armament.

For what it's worth, I like every different iteration I've read so far but I'm not really that fussy

I think one thing we can all agree on though is that HTs have nailed this figure, if it turns out like the proto

Wrong again. Blade 1-3, Spider-Man 1-3, X-Men 1-3, Daredevil, Hulk, Fantastic Four 1-2, Punisher, Ghost Rider and Wolverine. All before 2008

I've asked a couple times about it. There's multiple reasons. Tv licensing is even more complex then the standard films. As there are more people with their hand involved from a production and rights side. Which means the profit is less percentage. It's also an American television program, and in this case the smallest broadcast network on top of it.

I am not interested in the Flash but would love Netflix Marvel characters. Any chance you have asked about that? I assume it the same reasoning. Thanks in advance!

I wasn't turning on anybody, I just get tired of the constant way bashing and I do mean constant. I just wanted to throw my two cents into the discussion since nobody ever defends ways run. I was probly a little harsh with the snob comment and to BH I apologize for that but when you attack a writer as harshly as you did and say that he was trying to destroy the character you have to understand that will offend people who enjoyed it even with its flaws, but to each their own. It doesn't bother me that you don't like ways run, everybody is entitled to their opinion I just overreacted to seeing an extremely harsh way bashing for the thousandth time and I apologize for that

No worries mate, just make try and word things a bit different next time. Opinions differ, that's a given. It's how you present them that might rub people the wrong way sometimes. And hey, I like Superior Spider-Man, so I know what it's like to be in the minority (comic book wise). Either way, cheers!

Ya I let things get to me sometimes and ways run isn't even my favorite run I just hate seeing it bashed all the time when there really is a lot of great art and funny stuff mixed in with the flaws, cheers brother

Eh, I'd be lying if I said that I didn't enjoy it the first time, but it's just like a Bay-Flick. Fun the first time, then... not so much. It's just that it gave way to all the frat-bros jumping on the "huh, huh, I love Dedpol man, he's like, so fockin cool an ****" bandwagon and making everyone else look like them. You can't discuss Deadpool at the comic boards anymore due to everyone thinking "great, it's one of those..".

There may be a licensing issue with the wade portrait or they may have just not done one because the suit looks so good, not sure. I think we would have seen something about it by now tho. Hopefully I'm wrong tho and we get an old avacodo face headsculpt too That would make a nice sideshow exclusive

Let's have it right, even if they do a wade sculpt. It would have to be phenomenal to rival the masked sculpt we've already seen.
I know for a fact I'd probably always have him posed with the masked sculpt on!
It looks brilliant a it is!! Haha just my opinion

No worries, Xeno. I understand where you're coming from and I don't hold grudges. We're all fans!

On topic, unmasked would be cool but not a necessity I don't think. And if this is a "very very rough prototype" like they were quoted saying, imagine the final....
But for the usual HT base-price of $220 which this will undoubtedly be at LEAST that much, they better give us more SOMETHING to go with it, no?

i just hope this doesn't end up going to the same place the X:FC Professor Xavier and Drax figures went. Those figures looked great at trade shows and then disappeared off the face of the earth.

I think HT might be too afraid to show off wade only for him to get shelved. Yeah there are a lot of Drax and Prof. X movie fans but they have nothing in terms of numbers compared to Deadpool fans.

Even if the movie is a complete turd (I'm praying to the sweet zombie baby Jesus it isn't), this figure will probably be a big sell for HT.
