I got my right and left mixed up when I initially posted and in my other post. The left arm seems fine with just a bit of wear if you can even call it that. The right arm is the one that showed wear at first and is also the one that now exposes wrist when arm was bent at about 50 degrees. The left arm can be bend at 90 degrees with no issue. I can feel that there is more material on the left arm and there is room for it to bend without effecting the covering of the wrist. I will try and edit post with picture so to not confuse anyone. Basically, one good arm and one sucky arm.

Now, I know I will be returning this ASAP. I am hoping to see someone get a figure that has really been fixed just to give me hope of possibly getting a replacement that has no issues. I really want this figure without the suck. That may not be possible though.

Damn this looks scary, but this is a character that I can't pass on. If mine shows up in horrible condition it will be returned for a replacement, and if it's minor BS I will work on it myself, I love this figure and version of the suit way to much to pass.

I'm just about to do that, but I'd like to see more collectors getting theirs and see if this whole "fix" was nothing more than plain BS by HT and SSC. Would not surprise me one bit though.

*sigh* Dammit. I think the fraying is just going to be inherent to the edges of the suit material no matter what. Still keeping my BBTS order though and will see what shows up when those finally come in.

I havent felt easy about this figure ever since 1st release.

im out! Cancelling SS pre order. Buying from AUS with conversion rate and shipping aint worth it/the risk/no real securities.

bummer i was really holding out hanging on for this but its just too risky.

I think people should wait for a couple more pictures before freaking out and jumping ship.

This is a very complex suit to design where it needs to be skin tight. We all know what trouble we had with Spidey a few years back. It was another material but causes problems for us.

I feel people should slow down and watch the fabric as they slowly move the arm. If you see the fabric getting too tight around wrist like it's pulling away just stop and gently wave a hair dryer to carefully soften the fabric a little.

Then move the arm a little more. Once the fabric softens for the first arm pose it should have stretched enough to not have this problem again.

Just my thoughts that may help a little

I am still holding on to some hope that others will get a figure with a real fix. I would hate for people to cancel their orders just cause I got unlucky. I agree that waiting on more people's pictures is a good idea. Personally, if I had an order out I wouldn't cancel just yet. Then again this has been one of my most anticipated figures in a long time so I may be being a bit hard headed. I am gonna hope for a replacement with a real fix until I know for sure that it is impossible.

I'm still excited for this.. At least we know the potential problem and are able to keep that in mind when posing it. I'd much rather be aware of a potential problem than go into it blind.
