Okay.

I just cracked open the box. I've owned:

Mark 7 -- really liked it, but then proportions started to bug me. Too slight and robotic looking.
Mark 4 -- liked it much more, but sold it in anticipation of DC Mark 3, which proved disappointing to my tastes so I never bought one.
Mark 46 (DC) -- loved it, sold it thinking I would prefer just the DC 6.
Mark 47 (DC) -- love it, awesome latter-MCU design with a great headsculpt.

Sure, there was something to love about all of them -- the 46 and 47 being contemporary diecast releases are both awesome.

This one has me floored in a different way. The proportions have *bulk*. The design screams Adi Granov. It just looks really iconic.

The colour looks spot-on to me. It's like it stepped out of a comic book.

It's too dark for good photos, but this figure was worth the wait and then some. Wait...I should crank some AC/DC... :rock

It vibes like 'man-in-a-suit' thanks to the bulk. I think that and the classic design elements push it over the top.

Okay, a quick and dirty unboxing shot. The iPhone lens distortion makes the waist look more tapered and narrow than it actually is. Keep in mind I also have it extended here, further elongating it.

Taken under slightly warm LED lights in a white room. No filters or retouching. Colour is great; figure is a tank.

Picked up mine during lunch and brought it back to the office. I showed it to a coworker and now he wants to pick up one for himself. Loving the figure and the less than retail price I paid for it. The right shoulder armor was loose when I unboxed it, so I had to pop it back on to the ball joint. There’s issue with the paint application on the mask and head. As you can see, it’s got black paint on the mask and weird looking panel line wash on the helmet.

I believe the figures are in good scale with each other.

I dont know i still say IW is off. He was like the size of a hammer drone in the film. His proportions in the photo above looks too close to WM, WM looks almost bigger than him. Though that is to not the figures fault as the recent Ironmen were made after IW.

Kudos to you though as you get to pose all 3 together. I missed out on WM and feel really bad about it still.

I really was not very big. More bulky than tall. But with CG, editing and a dark scene i'm sure his size varied in the scene.

This was what I was referring to in my prior post about IM Mk VI DC being underscaled to WM Mk I DC. They should both be the same exact height, but you can see that WM is a tad bit taller.

Oh well, both are still gorgeous figures though.

The look of the mk6 with his triangle arc is just damn cool. Been wanting him for yrs since i got into this hobby (obsession), i almost did once on ebay. It was the old IM2 version back when they went for 300$ on ebay. Good thing i didn't as i heard the old ones had frequent paint fading issues and the dreaded pink panties. Glad i waited as now i get DC.

Anyone else on here ordered one from loontentoys? Asked a while back about his stock of this and was told supplier issues

Mine has shipped, it'll be here Tuesday! :hi5:

Figures have been coming fast and furious lately plus I see Hot Toys are teasing the Infinity War figures now...my wallet is going to die.

Get it on the secondary market. He is my #1 figure. Although I'm curious to see if the 6 rivals/beats it. Arrives in the am :)

Yeah, WM is not my favorite character, but when people ask me which figure in my collection is my favorite, it's the WM MK1 DC.
