@rocbolt, how are you getting these screenshots? With DRM on Apple devices these days, long-gone is my ability to get screenshots...

All my blurays have been ripped to my computer, between those files and the very unofficial software I can open them with there is no remaining DRM to speak of (and I am on a Mac)

Man, the first Iron Man Mark III suit-up sequence is probably my favorite scene from all the MCU.

It's going to be expensive as hell after the US to Canadian exchange rate, but I missed out on the Mark 6 diecast first time around and this is a must have!

I often forget I also did this Have all my blu-rays on an unplugged drive I used to stream from using Plex and then later Infuse, but once Disney+ came along with 4k HDR versions I stopped using it.

Does anybody know if there have been any sideshow waitlist conversions for the regular non gantry version of the mk 6? Did'nt think it'd sell out till release and i dont have the space for the gantry set.

I noticed Threezero BumbleBee Optimus Premium got waitlisted during preorders but then he’s been available again now since release. What are the chances Hot Toys and the IM Mark VI will be the same situation?

Yes, not sure what they changed but the expression is definitely a bit different than the prototype.

My sense is that when a figure ships on time or ahead of schedule, nothing must have changed from prototype except for whatever differences naturally occur in a mass production piece.

I don't see an "expression change"... It has the moveable eyes, so that does
affect the expression but the base sculpt looks as solicited.

Overall, it's a very solid release and that base is awesome.

It's the same sculpt but softened up through production. It also looked awkward on the prototype depending on the angle and eye position.

Yeah, I guess that's it. I think the jawline looks a bit weird in a few of those blogger photos shot from below but it's probably just a combination of the pose & the lighting/shadows.

That sculpt seems to look best when viewed from below looking up at it. Starts to look weirder when you get to eye level and above

As cool as this is, I'd still prefer a helmeted Tony sculpt with moveable eyes instead of the completely unmasked sculpt they included here and with the MK2 2.0

I think overall it's one of the better "smiling" sculpts they've done.

Nice to have a different look on the shelf for Tony that doesn't come off looking like the creepy Scott Lang
