My 15 minute, 3am pose.

I really dislike the hood and cape, gonna spend some time tomorrow water treating pretty much every piece of clothing on this figure to get it to my liking.

Not half bad straight out of the box though.

I think I’m done with futzing my Revan.

Every piece of cloth on this figure was hit with water treatment and some steam. The cape is actually decently pliable when you hit it with the steamer.

I went with just the red saber hilt, as it’s the most accurate to KOTOR1, from what I know.

You are correct!

Revan only dual wields the red and purple in one small cameo in KOTOR 2, before they kind of overdid it in SWTOR.

Thank you for clarifying, I got about 5 hours into KOTOR, only just leaving Taris. Put the game down because I really disliked the combat. I do plan to play more in the future, just other games I want to get to first. I really enjoyed everything else about it, I'm a big fan of RPGs, but when the main feature of the game isn't to my liking, I just cant do it.

Oh man you literally stopped right when the story picks up and you get going. Taris is the biggest hurdle in the game for pacing imo.

Lol yeah, I could already tell things were picking up. Taris was a drag, but as an RPG nerd I wasn't leaving till every crevice was explored lol. I also know the combat becomes less daunting once you get your hands on a lightsaber, which will help I'm sure. Maybe Ill throw an hour into it later tonight since I'm so hyped about this figure right now.

100% the force powers and lightsaber make the combat 100x better. Especially cause you can start making moves on whether you want to be good or bad and it'll have consequences for the story and your build.

Taris is legitimately the biggest challenge when getting people to play for the first time.

Get through to where you reach the temple on the next planet and start to learn some heavy ass lore and where the story is going and then that should get you back in good spirits.

I want to say that takes a couple hours but I kind of forget.

(Trying to be vague)

Think of it less like Mass Effect or maybe an action game and more like D&D with a Star Wars coating. I personally loved the combat and the strategic action but the game is also really old. Apparently a remake is coming.

So I think this might have been brought up before, but I wanted to check. Is the reason I don't have my Revan but other outlets do is because I ordered the special edition with the coin? Anyone get theirs from sideshow who got the coin too?
