Here's my Indy with new DX parts. Here's the breakdown of all parts used:

HT DX Indy Head, shoes and hands
HT Saizo body with sculpted neck
Kato Jacket, pants and shirt
mfisher belt, holster, satchiel, whip & whip keeper
DiD US WWII enlisted trousers belt
Sideshow Indy revolver

Does anyone know (I havent checked yet) if Kato is still making those jackets? That is AWESOME, and I would love to have it on my Indy. Everything else with I am satisfied with out the box though.

Wow. One of the very best 1/6th Indys I've ever seen. Congrats, Commtech.

Struggled quite a bit to decide on what head to use and parts. HT Indy won out for the most part, but the pros and cons of the 2 heads had me locked up. But in the end it came down to how each head looked on the figure I cobbled together and I ultimately decided to go with the repainted head.

My current recipe is:
HT Indy: shoes, socks, pants, shirt, belts, holster, whip, shoulder bag, guns and hands.
SS Indy: Head (repainted), loose hat, idol
HT Saizo: Body
Sovereign Studios: Jacket

I have a Kato shirt/jacket and a sovereign jacket on the way. So I'm gonna pimp the Dx up as much as possible. I still haven't decided on a base body though. Commtechs looks amazing. But I think my only current option is the Ezio body. But apparently it's legs need moding?

I thought it was the Saizo that needed modding? I could be wrong, but one is (I think) shorter than the other. Thanks, I will check it out. I know the Saizo body is pretty impossible to find, but I think Commtech mentioned the Ezio had leg extensions?
Maybe I got it wrong.

HT certainly opened up a whole new level of customizing opportunities! Reminds me of SS's Indy release back in the day. All of a sudden there was a flood of parts to improve your custom Indy.

Those HT boots alone are things of beauty. I think I'll feed my Newlines to the dog.

Thanks, I will check it out. I know the Saizo body is pretty impossible to find, but I think Commtech mentioned the Ezio had leg extensions?
Maybe I got it wrong.

The one I have does have the extra 1/4" or so piece of plastic on the bottom of the legs. But I think that just brings it to a standard HT height

EDIT: After doing some investigating it appears I do have Saizo body afterall; guess I was lucky that it was mislabeled as the Ezio does have longer legs.
