I know we're not out to hurt any artist's feelings here, but objectively I would have to say YES, clearly the 1/6th looks more like Guinness... in that photo. Clothing too, which is all the more surprising.

Judging by the photo's... I have to say it is my favorite of the line and one of the most realistic looking 1:6th scale figures I have ever seen. Amazing work all around, best SW figure EVER.

Well, if Jack 2.0 would have been released this year, I would agree with you.. But nothing Hot Toys has produced wowed me more than the Old Ben (granted, that is 100% geek bias with love for the character trumping anything Hot Tots has created). But on the whole I agree that Hot Toys is THE premier 1:6 company at the moment. I am glad that they are working with Sideshow. I have a good feeling about 2008 for both Sideshow AND HT.

I'd be inclined to say yes but I don't know how much give is in the belt. I'm probably just going to use cotton to fatten my Ben up.

Ahhh come on. We all know Ben had some paunch. Watch his speech in his house, you can tell. Mine's gonna have it for sure. When I finally get it. Probably some time next year.
