Anyway, I just hope SS doesn't decide to ship this and the new Ultimate Vader at the same time. I can see them doing something dumb like that and were it to happen Grievous would get the ax.

I bet they're probably still working out some logistics in terms of manufacture/price, etc. Showing it at SDCC last year may have been a bit premature...but I'm betting we'll see him PO by SDCC this year!

I have a feeling we're going to see POs for this, TPM obi-Wan and a teaser full reveal of their deluxe Vader at SDCC which sucks I had hoped to already have this and Obi-wan on PO right now

I realy doubt this got cancelled but defnitley something wrong. This was scheduled for 2nd qtr release. It took them 4 years to finally come out with Darth Vader. I'm sure we'll get a Grievous but it is a very ambitious project for Sideshow to undertake. I'll cut them some slack with this. I WON'T cut them slack for a Snowtrooper or Biker Scout however.

I was told that the general will most likely be at COMICON again by sideshow a few weeks ago so all hope is not lost.....this years comicon is gonna rock a lot of star wars must haves......be warned or ready for the DARKSIDE........

I AM realy a old school trilogy fan but the pretrilogy did give us some cool things like double bladed sabers and other cool clones like cody or JEDI qui gon and young obi....but loved greavous and darth maul both died way too fast and would love a PRECYBORGE GREAVOUS RELEASE SOMETIME AFTER THIS eventual RELEASE...Oh and a yoda saber duel so love or hate what you want its YOUR UNIVERSE..........

I was just re-reading an interview in which Jared Chapman garanteed that there would never be a 1:6 Grievous.


And now, here we are, waiting for the reveal/pre-order.

Yeah, early on they said Grievous and Jar Jar would never happen. I'll be fine if they stick to their guns on Jar Jar, but glad they were able to work out Grievous.

Agree character design on ol' Jar Jar is OK but I loathe his character in Ep I. If they had toned him down, like they did in Ep II, I think he might've been tolerable.

I think he would be a fun figure to have (especially with Qui-Gon and Obi-wan) but he's one I'd definitely wait for a good 'ol gohastings super low markdown and/or sale/coupon to get
