Re: What's happened to Grievous?

I guess you could say they made a grievous mistake. :lol

Kenobi is mean mofo.

Killed Maul, came back with chicken legs.
Killed Grievous, did not come back.
Could have killed Vader, came back with chicken legs and arms.

Grievous comes back in the EU

In the Star Wars Galaxies game his body was recovered and his brain replaced with AI

Allen Iverson? Practice...Practice...we talking bout practice. Classic rant!

I know AI = Artificial Intelligence for all would be smart a$$es.

According to RS report from sdcc " Not on display was the General Grievous we saw last year. Fear not, it hasn't been cancelled. Sideshow is still developing the articulation to insure the figure doesn't succumb to the forces of gravity. He may fall when battling General Kenobi, but that'll be the only time the production version will fall, so we can wait. "
:clap

Given the skinniness of the arms I'm not surprised. It will be interesting to see how they get this engineered. Glad to see there trying to get it right. I'm willing to wait

Still think it's a paint problem. SS is just too good for a factory worker to match.

Glad to hear he's not cancelled, though. That would have been some crappy SDCC news.

If that is so, how do you explain Hot Toys? Their figures are far better than SS in the paint dept. And yet their factory doesn't seem to botch the job.

not suprised even though sideshow said many many moons ago he might be there ..I think would 've have preorder or hinted at before the comic con....oh well he'll be very fashionably late again....as long as he gets made eventually ......its all good....

:lol

SS = SilentSurfer, the guy who painted Grievous
SSC = Sideshow Collectibles

And before you ask, I still stand by my comment.

Ahhhhh... Didn't realize you were referring to an individual and not Sideshow itself.

Still, with all do respect to Silent Surfer, I would think if a factory could recreate Hot Toys paint job, they should be ble to o the same for Sideshow or Silent Surfer.
