Since I was meh on Battle Droids, but instantly bought the set offered earlier there is no way I'd miss out on Grievous.

I'm guessing this Comic-Con will see the 2 highest priced figures from HT and Sideshow ever; Jake Sully and Grievous will leave wallets ruined :lol

I'll pre-order Grievous without a moment's hesitation---

Well Sully came out to $315... anyone ready to place wagers on Grievous :huh

I want both Grievous and Sully :(

I may have to use my rewards points, but at the same time I'd like to get the points I'd get for grievous and sully to score some free figures in the future

Imagine what an eventual Chewbacca will be. That Sully doesn't even have hair.

I'm guessing he won't be as much... since they could likely use well-fitting suit for the majority of his body and they were able to do great hair work on the POTA faces.

And I'd imagine rather than develop a 100% unique body they could instead modify the Vader armored body.

Definitely jumping on Grevious (dirty). I just hope he's not TOO expensive, or my wife will have my head (also dirty)!

IG-88 is all SSC. I don't know that they need HT for the droids or Grevious - but if it's a collaboration, great!

This is what I have been trying to figure out. Just what is this collaboration between Sideshow and Hot Toys. It seems to me, based on what I have been able to gather, that Hot Toys helped Sideshow with a mannequin, and in return, Sideshow is letting Hot Toys put a few Star Wars items in their DX line (Edit - and based on the first offering, I'd say Sideshow is being pretty smart about which ones they are letting Hot Toys do). It is not like Hot Toys has created a new "Star Wars" line. The first figure is part of Hot Toys' existing conglomeration "DX" line. And it is not being touted as joint venture like the Ultimate Uselessness between Medicom and whoever else that was. I don't think the whole thing is as deep as it seems to be.

Now that I think about it...does Hot Toys even have a movie-specific line? Aren't all of their offerings part of conglomeration lines like Movie Masterpiece and the Deluxe lines?

179.99-189.99 is my guess.

I think Grievous is going to cost a fortune. IG88 was $175 OUCH… But you can’t pass up a kick @$$ figure like Grievous if he is done right. We will see and yes I feel your pain Mad Old LU my wife is going to filp when she sees our statement for these figure. I’m so DEAD.

Even though I love to purchase Gevious. I already pre-ordered IG-88 & saving (selling other stuff :gah:) for Fett. But you know what that might all change once I see photos of Grevious. :lol

I do fear Grievous will crack the $200 mark... at 7 feet tall and all unique pieces he is going to be one crazy figure.

Not to mention we'll probably get a mess of ignited and unlit sabers.

Cloak is a must... I'd guess the exclusive will be one of the lightsabers, or maybe even something CW specific.

yeah Grievous with Battle droids flanking/behind him will make a killer display... I'll have to get the vehivle as well. :(

If it does come with the ignited sabers then I am in.It would just look to sick having it posed with them all lit up.

lol and here I thought this was year I get out of Star Wars.
