That's too bad if its true. Wonder if they were unable to make functional separating arms; or if there is would be an option for swappable (set of 2 or 4) arms?

Not being able to hold 4 lightsabers is kind of a problem on a figure like Grievous.

Yeah, its kind of Grievous' gimmick. Need the four arms in some fashion.

Maybe this is the hunched, creepy Grievous with cape... and the battle-ready Grievous will be their next attempt.

Only Surfer knows for sure.

As long as Grievous is $225.00 or less I'll bite. Next year will be expensive!

Anyone have an idea how much Boba Fett will be??

I guess we'll have to see. Maybe they'll surprise and wow us with four arms. I was going to say he only did that for a couple minutes in ROTS but people accustomed to the CW now are pretty accustomed to seeing him bust out the extra limbs pretty regularly.

If it does come with the ignited sabers then I am in.It would just look to sick having it posed with them all lit up.

lol and here I thought this was year I get out of Star Wars.

All 4 sabers lit up and rotating wrists too. That would just be sick.

Maybe they can just make them swappable forearms. A set with them together and a set with them split apart.

I think someone in the know (maybe Silent Surfer?) mentioned something about the four arms thing being doable in the CG world but not the real world.

I'll probably pass on the 1/6 Grievous. I have the PF already, which is an awesome piece.

Four arms is key, and I feel like for quality control and ability to hold weapons, it should be trade out arms like Hasbro did on their 3D cartoon Grievous. I fear working arms would mean hands with a loose grip. I'm curious if he'll include the blaster that was exclusive to ROTS Obi-Wan.

I think for the hands they may go the Greedo route and just sculpt the hands with whatever accessory he comes with like the lightsabers

I'm fine with that too. Ultimately, I want him to hold weapons well for cool poses and this was one of the weak points on the Hasbro 12 incher.

Not a figure I really want, but with the making of Grievous and the Battle droids everything should be possible to make in 1:6 form... Can't wait to see what kind of things we can expect!! :D

No. Grievous is neither Jedi nor Sith.

Han Solo could also power a lightsaber, if you'll recall.

Anyone can power the lightsabers, there is an on/off switch. He cannot use the Force so he is not a Jedi or Sith.
