I think for the hands they may go the Greedo route and just sculpt the hands with whatever accessory he comes with like the lightsabers

Does Grievous have distinct left and right hands, or are they all the same?

If all the same I could see sculpted hands holding weapons to be a good option... but if he has a distinct right and left that could get very complicated.

Looks like you are right... and if you split them in half; the top right hand could act as the bottom left and vice versa.

I thought it was a shame Grevious would have only a single pair of arms but when you look at the photo you can see it could be difficult to have all those moving parts.

Actually it's still an amazing droid that I'd get, my only concern though is how FRAGILE are all the tiny moving parts going to be? (I've broken several really tiny plastic parts gently handling them before, and breaking something on this figure would really be a disaster, you'd lose 20-30% of the value of the figure with one snap)

well they have to make the 12" a bit different than the PF. 2 hands is really a big disappointment for me though, that's what made him one of the coolest droids 4 hands with 4x lightsabre. Wonder if i should just bite the bullet and get the PF version off ebay. Guess will decide once I know how much this cost.

Collect because you like something, not because you're treating it as an investment. If our chief concern is how much it's worth down the road, may I suggest you invest in something more solid and lucrative.

For example, in my case, My retirement/investment plan is to own property and rent it out. additionally, if need be, said property can be liquidated for a great deal of money all at once.

Glad for all of you who want Grievous, but no matter how good he turns out, I'll pass.

I will buy grievous, but i will try and think of him as that badass Grievous form the cartoon network shown and not that lame excuse of a villain from the movie.

I plan on supporting Grevious. He does well, Chewbacca is next in the large scale 1:6
