1/6th Scale General Grievous Figure

I should also add that I got a chance to see and play around with (though play around seems too childlike of a term and for that I apologize) with one of the advance Grievous pieces in house and I have to say I was mighty impressed with it. The switch out head feature (for those that are getting the Exclusive) had me giddy over how it was done (I'm sure most here would not be as giddy as I but I just loved how that feature was put into play). Electro staff is cool but I think he looks even better with multiple light sabers. The figure as a whole is just so neat to see in person (tall, great details, articulation on legs, arms and parts of fingers are nifty). I'm hoping folks who get him are even more excited than me once they have him in hand.

Paint app around the eye looks weird from this angle. Almost like a winter/cold weather camo.

Think it looks pretty good, considering how macro'd it is (^^^). Really like what they did with his eyes, too, allowing ambient light to shine through. Should be a nice effect in person. Since Sideshow did get a small advance shipment, I'm sure some of them went to reviewers a ways back, so hopefully we start seeing those reviews, soon. Very interested in seeing someone put the figure through its paces and showcase everything it can do. Looks to be an excellent release.

Fortunately, i know by experience such pics are soon forgotten when you have the figure in hands and realize you'll never stare at it that closely.

I'm hoping Sideshow decides to make the IG Magna droids. Just like the look of them a lot better than the infantry-type Battle Droids.

I welcome the delay as well but I imagine it will be more than likely around May/June time before the UK retailers get him over here.
