Just my standard crap photo.

This thing is really bad ***. I do have the left shoulder moving pretty good now. Wish I could say the same for the right. :(

CRAP!

:D

Looks good. Hope you like it after the initial disappointment with the shoulders and that nasty little spike.

Your room is fairly sparse. You need more dolls.

finally picked this tin man up and have to say, no photo here does it justice... what an amazing figure.

Hi Flosi,

Just wondering since you have ol' Iggy and a Detolf could you tell me if he fits on the 3rd shelf down?

I only found out a few weeks ago that there is a slight variance between the shelf sizes and he is going on my Bounty Hunter shelf.

Thanks,

Jay

Jay, I tried each shelf with the pose you see in my pic above. The legs are slightly spread but extended and the figure is on the light up, and very thick, base. It does fit in the bottom shelf, and might fit in the other three if you don't extend the legs. You might be able to fit him all four if you swtiched to a standard SS base too. He's just a hair too tall to fit on the second and third shelf as pictured above.

Thanks for that Flosi, I really appreciate it.

I dont think I will be using the light up base so I reckon he will fit fine.

I might donate that base to my Medicom Boba (might make him the right scale) :lol

I look forward to getting him now.

J.

If you're going without the base you should be good... Worst case, you may have to keep the legs unextended.

I think you have to get the pistol grip in place in the claw first just right, then the pin stays balanced.

On the shoulders, I used pliers and got them both to turn but they hardly became loose. It's still very hard to trun either with just my hand. I have to really get good leverage to turn either shoulder. I haven't heard of anyone yet who got theirs to turn and then had them go limp. Did that happen to the one you got going?

Worse comes to worse you can use QuakeHold or BluTac in the hole and you wouldn't see it...

I just have him holding the gun upwards and it stays nicely due to my iron grip shoulders.

IG-88 was delivered this morning, amazing figure!
Really love all the detail and craftsmanship that went into it.
One quick question: is there any secret to extending the legs? I haven't seen any indication of how to go about it.

Anyone else find that the leg wires force portions of the leg to turn in a less than desirable directions?

Yeah, mine too, for a while there he looked like he had drank a bottle of tequila. I find the articulation is very cool on the figure but he feels like he is a load of parts just about hanging together!

Love him though.

I was thinking of picking this figure up but wondered how it looks next to and stacks up against the hasbro version. Any pics side by side?

I know the details will be unmatched in this but just not sure I want to drop that much on a background figure for my Fett.
