I pre-ordered from Action Figure Xpress back in Sept. 2011 and used a 5% off coupon. Looking forward to this figure.
I think we'll see a repaint as an exclusive before a redesign.

Since this is coming out in June now, I'm wondering what the odds are for a SDCC Exclusive variant on him? An ROTJ version would definitely have it's own release but I wonder if they'd go McQuarrie?

Ditto. I'll probably get every movie based and EU/concept Fett they make save for anything having to do with Daniel Logan. If the ANH:SE Fett is a unique design I'd pass on that as well.

Isn't that the perfect SDCC Exclusive then, one that is desirable but one that people can pass on without worrying about it?
I would buy two if they included the alternative helmet.

guys, what do you think the best 1/6 boba out right now is? are any of them any good? I will buy the sideshow one when it comes out, but I would like to get another one as well. I am thinking about getting a 1/6 boba model vinyl kit and painting him myself, but my painting needs some work.

I don't think an SDCC exclusive would make sense for this. The figure has to be 100% new to be accurate to the artwork. I wouldn't buy a white colored ESB Boba Fett.

Yep. I love that they used the concept helmet in the new Clone Wars episodes.
Whatever happened to the cartoon version of The Cole Wars? I liked that series much better. Isn't there suppose to be a live action SW TV show just about Fett?
Are the new Clone Wars just about bounty hunters? That'd be cool. Maybe I'll catch a few eps.

I think they will have many cancellations. Most like me just ordered cause it's a kickass looking figure but when crunch time comes the ex is just blah and many will get it cheaper elsewhere.

Cancelled mine from Sideshow as well, buying locally will have to wait about a month longer though ouch!
