Well, it's not like they carry anything else Boba Fett-related for $125. While it wasn't explicitly stated, I think the lower price was a pre-order price. The website also stated that the figure would start shipping today. I hesitated only because I'd never ordered from them before. Sure enough, the day the figure started shipping -- BAM! -- sold out.

I've seen it as the opposite, with the shins not being pushed up on the knee joints all the way.
I can totally see that being another issue.

I thought I saw online some photos of the figure coming with a brown shipping box, but my usual supplier is saying it does not come with a brown box. Is he lying?

it does. at least if you order it directly from Sideshow.
But for dealers they might come in cases of 4 or 6, and then they dont have the boxes.

I ordered mine from sideshow (regular), and mine didn't come with one. So he isn't lying.
I can guess this is also why I was charged $43 just for shipping when the exclusive lists as $32 to ship!
As for space...the spot I have waiting for him appears to be not tall enough! I figured he'd be around the same size as my other SS SW figs, but with the Bespin stand and jet pack, the tip of the jet pack is just 1mm from the ceiling, and he's already slightly crouched down in the current pose. If he's standing straight, he wouldn't fit, and I'd have to find a new spot for him.
Ah, my first world problems.

$43? Wow, didn't look at any local e-tailers?
There was one at $188 shipped, but I would've had to pay upfront several months ahead (with one day to decide), and wait at least an extra month for it to be instock.
I got mine with a $18 discount coupon with SS, which adds up to $200 shipped. I thought the $12 different wasn't worth the extra wait and worry had it came with a broken piece, like someone mentioned with their booster pack.

hm. on mine the tip of the jetpack is slightly below the top of the rangefinder. It looks like he'll fit in my detolf, but then he looks a bit out of place with the Bespin stand, next to all the regular stands.
I could (and want to) place him next to IG-88 somewhere, but IG-88 is definitely way too big for a detolf.
