Yeah, yeah, starting at the medicom version is like looking at a still from the movi.....ah..*teehee*, *laughs*, *pwl*, ROFLMFAOROFLMFAOROFLMFAOROFLMFAOROFLMFAOROFLMFAOROFLMFAO. Good one, man! Good one!!! Oh, wait, were you being serious?!?!?!?

Paint apps on SS look better, but the colours on the Medi are more accurate, then again the jumpsuit on the SS is more accurate in colour.. I could go on.

well,we have a new deal breaker:the brown box!!:rotfl

I only ask about the brown box as it is one way for me to at least get some assurance that the item is sealed, unopened, and new. Since all the Hot Toys figures I've received have had the brown box, and I saw some pics of the Boba figure with a specific box, then I thought my supplier was lying when he said it did not have one.

If people are ordering direct from Sideshow and it does not have one, then I dont really need to worry.

I think you'll be happy with it K80, the mods are simple and make a huge difference. I haven't stopped posing this one since I got it, and haven't had this much fun with a 1/6 in quite some time. I have to admit that this Boba made me pretty nostalgic about Star Wars, something that hasn't happened much since the prequels.

These come in a case of 3, it's one long brown shipper hope that helps

I'm looking forward to it. I became a big Boba Fett fan back in the mid-90s, as, I'm guessing, did many others here.

When watching it as a kid I actually didn't think much about the character, but he exudes awesomeness. . .apart from his death scene :lol

I got a second chest piece from TA to fool around with, so now I'm covered if I screw things up too terribly.

This is the brown box I'm talking about. If some get it, and some dont, then I wont really worry about it. I was just thinking that ALL the Boba figures were supposed to come in that box.

I love Star Wars boxer talk.....

i never ever got one of my sideshow figures in a brown box,but most of my hot toys.but the SSC ones were always send in a bigger box, stuffed with paper,so they are always tip top.and they are always sealed :wave

Mine arrived yesterday in the standard Sideshow brown shipping box, with the nice color box bubble-wrapped inside.

EDIT: Mine was the Exclusive version

So, what does anyone else think, now that we finally have Boba in our hands?

I'm a little disappointed, to be honest. It looks great in the packaging, but trying to set him up for display has brought out some issues.

1) Stiff knees...I was experimenting with putting him in a kneeling pose, and the knees didn't seem to want to bend far enough to allow for that.

2) Forearm armor & sleeve issue. As with the Stormtroopers, the armor pieces being loose cause issues. With Boba I'm finding it worse, in when I take off a hand to put on a different one, the forearm armor tends to slide down (or even off), and when you try to put it back on it tends to push the fabric sleeve back up the arm, impinging on the elbow joint and keeping the armor from being far enough back to stick on a new hand.

3) Has anyone figured out how to take the cloak off to put on the jetpack?

The new knees have been on the last 2 or 3 SSC GIJoes, so I'm used to them now.
The gauntlets are a little troublesome, but not that big of a deal. Not sure why you would need to remove the cape to attach the jetpack either.

I've never ever received a figure directly from Sideshow that wasn't in a brown shipper box, Boba included.
