A couple pics with the diamond select carbonite bank. Its a tad under scale but cheap for 25 dollars may pick another up to make a floating carbonite scene.

Was the shoulder pad even IN the box?

Mine arrived with a broken jetpack hinge thing. A bit of super glue fixed it right up though. Maybe the same could work for you?

The shoulder piece was not in the box, it was completely MIA...I got this through a dealer who gets his stuff directly from sideshow, hopefully they can either send the missing piece, or replace the damn thing altogether

Contact them. Provide pix, they will replace the part.

Most times they make you go through your retailer, though. So be prepared for that.

But occasionally they will give a guy a break and let you go directly to them and cut out the middle man, so it's always worth a shot.
