Re: Sideshow 1:6 TESB Yoda & Dagobah Hut Environment!

Nah, usually there are some conversions before the items ships then once its starts processing (credit cards are charged) there are more cancellations and declined cards. Usually not only will the waitlists be converted, but often times the figures (like is happening with Greedo and Hammerhead) will come back on second chance.

So I'd say don't give up yet... but worst case scenario you'll still be able to get the regular for retail or less later on.

That's good to hear - yeah, you're probably right.

If not, there's always some Freak here who ends up selling at or near cost. I'll definitely be on the lookout for one if I don't get converted... (I only get the exclusives. ;) )

I was thinking about the hut but then I started looking at the front door and wondered how the heck Luke even got in there. I don't think he got on his belly to squeeze through. It just seems too small. :dunno

Shhhh don't tell to anyone...
It was differend set Mark didn't actualy had to go through the door :wink1:

I've been told Albany, GA is America's armpit. I guess America must have two armpits too! :wink1:

Oh yeah! Plus it's a dry heat here so maybe armpit isn't as apt of a description as Georgia is. :lol

Given it's position on the "lamb" AZ would be the back half of the taint. :nana:

You're b-a-a-a-d.

Re: Sideshow 1:6 TESB Yoda & Dagobah Hut Environment!

OK - I got Yoda today. I am highly bemused with the packaging. The slit for the locking tab on both of my regular versions has the small tears as if it was opened. The plastic tray with Yoda was upside down in one of them. No doubt they were opened. Why? I do not know. There is also no cover for the trays in both of them. And the parts are held in the bottom half of the tray with twist ties.

Twist ties? Are you serious Sideshow? When did we revert to Hasbro-esque twist ties for the packaging?

That being said...I love the figure. It is a little greener than I would prefer. But that is not a distraction for me.

No sunlight for ambient light equals no pics tonight. I will get some up tomorrow.

No tops on the trays? Really? Where'd you get him from?
Twist ties? Was it just like below or was the figure itself strapped in too? Hope not....

Can't wait to see more pictures...

Direct from Sideshow. He was tied in just as below. I never did look closely at the previously posted pics as I have been very busy.

Haven't seen Sideshow use twist ties since The Dead line was going strong.
