Why aren't the mods on top of this tool like they were nam?

Because some mods work for a living where they're not staring at a computer screen all day... Just about 9pm and I've finally "stopped" for the day-- Oh look... more fun stuff.

And these past several weeks of new releases and the reaction to them was going so well...great photos, good back -n-forth reactions...

Would be great if it got back in that groove...

Still waiting on Yoda so I put my Bespin Luke on the log and popped the talking dashboard Yoda off of his base and put him in the shot.
(note: I'm not planning to use the Luke figure with this dio, just this shot.)

On a side note I had a spare Slim TT sitting around so I tried porting over Bespin Luke and it looks damn good. Now I'm tempted to get him repainted...

Water looks good. How did you do it?

I used two of those injector looking tubes of two-part epoxy, the five minute kind. I poured a little brown paint into it and mixed it all up.
I poured and spread it quickly onto the base (which I had masking tape all around as a wall). Once that set up, I added accents with a couple of brown paints and coated the whole thing with "future" floor polish.

As for Yoda's hut, I'll be doing a lazy susan as well. I'm toying with different ideas right now on how I'll do it but I'll make sure to post pics when it's done.

I should probably mention that the brown paint that I mixed into the epoxy was an enamel.. I don't know how well or even if other paints would mix.
