Am still not convinced. From the proto that he made to what people have got in hand seems like its gotten worse in quality:

Am only on about the face paint quality. The hair I suppose could be sorted but doesnt look to be much of a problem. Am just being honest here so don't hate me or nothing. Everyone has their own opinion.

Bobby is it possible the paint is crumbling off the soft silicon?
Because even up there on the proto pic the paint looks immaculate? Perfect. I have that proto obviously.
But it doesn't look the same in hand paint finish wise. Please do not take that as a criticism!.
Love my proto head. I would not exchange it for any other.

So not talking about the different STYLE of paint job, rather the physical paint texture and "dotting".
Could it be a transport/delivery thing?

my apologies but my point still stands that everyone keeps saying that its an awesome job and it looks fantastic but to be frank it doesn't. Don't want people to start hating but just voicing my opinion. Even for a messy makeup version there seems to be little bits of hard paint everywhere, around the eyes. He looks like hes got eczema or some skin condition.

Np voicing your opinion, but you have to admit that this is the most realistic sculpt of Heath ledger as the joker in this scale. Bobby has done one hell of a job on this. I see you may have a problem with the paint, but it looks pretty damn real. You gotta give Bobby some credit for this masterpiece man.

I think one of the issues is that the sculpt is so great that it looks almost lifelike. Seriously I have NEVER seen anything at this scale which looks so real. The downside of that is the paint and hand craft that has gone into it contrasts against that? But I will agree they are looking a little messier than the proto pic.

No, Neo I love your paint job. Amazing work. What "I think" is being discussed is the actual physical application finish of the paint on the silicon, not the on screen accuracy.

God, why does it sound like I'm being negative... I'm NOT!

I am seriously astonished anything about these is being called into question, these heads are seriously accurate in every sense of the word!

We have and never will get a better more accurate 1/6 Joker so for negative comments to even enter this thread astonishes me it really does

Just had a chance to glance through the last few pages. I have to say these Joker sculpts are great. I would have to agree however that the two featured below dont even look like the same sculpt underneath the makeup. The first one posted is almost perfect as the one below leaves a alot to be desired. Not sure if its the angle, lighting, or what exactly. It sounds like alot of you fellas are trying to convince yourselves about the sculpt. Just my two cents.
