Now what I show is the light of saber...but not in a photoshop kind of stuff...

Yesterday, a Taiwanese collector came to my house and show me his custom made Plasma purple saber for this 12" Mace figure.

The wire is hide up under the big robe and the Plasma tube has not yet install in the saber handle.

You know, the sculpt looks pretty good with the shades on! Perhaps it's really just the eyes that are sculpted poorly/inaccurately. Kinda beady lookin.

Yup Obsoleteman! You can count on the actual product you received is what shown in this pic (except the tone of color on actual product).

Its quite important with a photo that show not only focusing on the sculpt of head but also the fabric as an overall judgement on placing an order.

With the fabric sideshow offer on SW 12" line, my subjective point of view is that: quite up to the grade of a scale down replica.


Ho Ho! Isn't that mean sometimes the best pose of a 12" figure is with no pose at all?

WOW! He looks fantastic. The tunic change doesn't look so bad now. He's definately getting posed with Kit.
Great pics so far....can't wait!

Hmm - I think its WAYYY too dark. I've swapped out my Hasbro Mace Over tunic which is a bit too light but still the right kind of weave. I think if I shorten the front bits and try darken the overall thing with the watered down acrylic trick it might work out pretty good.

As for the head - if you shrunk the hasbro head you'd have exactly the right expression for the stump - and its one of the better Hasbro sculpts.

I wonder if the Jango helmet means we might see Jango in the not too distant future ?

I dunno, i thought the tunic looked off too when i first saw it, but i was watching Episode 3 the other night and it really is much darker than it was in the two previous movies. Looking at promo pics of him, sideshows not far off, and they got the material to actually look pretty close which something about their skills:
