Yes. The native people's were perfectly capable of hunting the buffalo with spears and arrows. The white man used guns to kill off the buffalo to make way for the import of cattle to send fatty beef to the British beefeaters. Buffalo is leaner and healthier. At any rate, the U.S. government and cowboys financed by rich British beefeaters used the gun to steal North America from the people who already lived there.

People are still killing people, like gangs, and this guy in Colorado, so this country isn't really that tame. It has lots of concrete and buildings on it, but people are about the same as they always were. Just as violent and as full of animal instinct as ever.

My buddy bought some bison and we're going to toss them on the grill this weekend. It is definitely healthier that's for sure, which is why were having it, since we've been hitting the gym consistently now finally, and so it's much better for our diet. But since bison is so lean it cooks real fast, so you have to be careful not to burn the steaks.

I had buffalo once. It has a very tangy flavor and is much leaner and coarser than beef.

A door to door salesman was shot and killed by a man in FL. It's a pretty horrible story, but I wanted to see what you guys would think about it. Again, not trying to start anything... just curious.

Personally, I think that this is what happens when "stand your ground" laws collide with a society that breeds fear in our citizens. If the man had not deemed it necessary to be armed, and has not been so paranoid to think that a salesman was a maniac... that man would still be alive. But that is just my opinion.
