Without having ESP, that's virtually impossible. The best you can do is look at the tragedy this POS caused and think about what you would do should that scenario arise. Outside of that, there's nothing else anybody can do. A perfect example is the underwear bomber. People were proactive in dealing with that situation as a result of the tragedy of 911. This is all anybody can expect.

I just want to say that I wasn't trolling by any means, just adding to the conversation and sharing my opinions... I apologize to anyone who thought that trolling was my intent.

Secondly, Nam... I respect you man.. but I wasn't calling YOU specifically Conservative, just making a statement about Cons calling themselves Independents these days.

And Yes, I live off of the system... but through no fault of my own. I have a BA and have put in hundreds of applications. I am either overqualified or underqualified, and min. wage jobs would not pay for my son's day care. So yes, I am on Food Stamps and Medicaid. I don't use the Medicaid, but I have it just in case. The food stamps help a lot, and we are very grateful for that. I'm not buying new games, nor new figures, or comics right now... before anyone says I am "taking advantage" of the system. :lol

I'm not on Welfare. But yeah, thanks for labeling me as some kind of "leech" on the system, that will defend it simply because it's what I am using at the time.

I'm done debating the gun control issue.. we all have our opinions, and I respect a lot of the ones that have been shared. Yes, even those I don't entirely agree on. But I'm gonna stay out of this conversation, I don't want to stir up any anger.

Not to be too nosy, but is your degree in psych? I've got a buddy who got his masters and was so excited to get into "the working world" and hes got the same issues sounds like are hounding you. Hes been looking all summer and can't find crap and hes even gotten the "overqualified" stamp a couple times. Don't know if its viable in your situation, but he did contact some headhunter services and they can place him if he wants to relocate. Figured I'd throw it out there in case thats an option for you.

Read an article where an owner of a Colorado shooting range club denied Holmes membership in part because his voice mail message was "bizarre, guttural and freakish at best". Sounds like he may have idolized or mimicked some fantasy nature of crime.

No, my degree is in education. I'm a certified History teacher. My state cut education significantly, and the surrounding counties are hiring teachers as permanent substitutes at substitute pay for the jobs they USED to do for a full wage. But even those jobs are hard to come by, and are mostly filled in house for any teachers they cut.

My graduating class had 15 classmates, and only 4 have been hired as teachers. Most of us are looking at either substitute jobs or another job until next school year.

I appreciate the help though, so thank you for that. I've been going to job search sites for veterans and am hunting almost every day for work.

Communist News Network is also reporting this..

Witness-Someone let the gunman inside

https://www.wkyc.com/news/article/2...one-let-gunman-inside-Colorado-movie-theater-

sounds staged to me and all in the name of Gun control and banning citizens rights to own guns. There is a U.N.Gun grab bill coming up and Barry Soetoro has been pushing gun control since he came into term and will go even harder when the Elite put him in a second term

That kinda makes sense about someone letting him inside (or he, himself opening the door from inside and then going out to get the weapons). Reports stated he kicked in the emergency exit, but federal regulations require all emergency exits to open out.

I thought reports were he bought a ticket, went out the emergency door, propping it open so he could come back in after he got all his gear and weapons out of his vehicle?

I definitely think its been growing decade by decade. I don't research these things, but seems to me that cases of random, non monetary or gang related violence, particularly those done by high school or college age people is on the rise. I know just from personal experience, we were always warned about gangs or sexual perverts. No one really thought to tell us to avoid college science students or emo white boys.
I think this stuff started when parents stopped punishing their kids. Not only that but the movement to have all kids think they are special. Everyone gets ribbons, can't have a loser? An "F" grade to demoralizing? Let's give them an "E".

Plus add in the nonsensical zero tolerance BS schools have and kids are a cauldron of anger. Bully Jimmy is picking on little Steve. Little Steve goes to office but nothing is done. Little Steve thrashes Bully Jimmy. School suspends them both.

Too many parents are letting others raise their kids. Sometimes not at the fault of the parent. Johnny is being a nuisance in the store. Dad swats Johnnies behind. Johnnie settles down. Nosy Nellie calls police because of the child abuse she just seen. Dad decides it's not worth it next time and Johnnie gets his way.

I agree with you.

video games and a generation of instant gratification.. babies

bodie

Video games :nono I've been playing video games since I was in grade school. Never once made me want to get all violent and kill people.

I will agree with the second half of your statement though.

thats because the games we played back then had terrible graphics and were not as graphically VIOLENT as they are made today...

you can clearly see the difference and how graphic things are today vs back then.

Video Games are very Violent anymore these days, especially graphically- (See Grand theft auto or red dead redemption, games were you can go on a killing spree)

Not to mention how Violent movies are today aswell...we are being desensitized whether you realize it or not.You may not think it does not have any effect on you,but it does! The more you are desensitized, the less compassionate a person can be towards others (example-a Man is hit by a car, laid out on the street walk, needs help, and people just walked by him like he didn't exist, and do nothing. this has happened many times).

People are becoming braindead, and entertainment does have alot to blame for that.Video games, the electronic world (cellphones etc) will just rot out your brain!

I think its a huge fallacy to say that just because you don't get affected by something then therefore its innocuous for all of humanity. People get affected and motivated by things differently.

Yep, if they had a video game ban, there would be no violence in the world. No homicides, no wars, just like the good old days pre video games. :duff

I always wonder what makes a human being wake up one day and decide to murder innocent people. One may argue that the person in question has has some disconnect with reality. Myself, I just call them one sick F__K. Death Penalty for this sick puppy
