that is still about the best darn 3.75" stormtrooper ever. The updated Han and Luke in classic stormie gear isn't far behind. the new helmet looks so much nicer. They need to take the 3.75" and recreate it for the 6"

Well yakface has reported on rumors of a specific Rogue One Stormtrooper coming to 6 inch. So that might be EXACTLY that.

I LOVE the 3.75 sculpt so would be very excited to see that. I'll definitely pick a few up, but I still don't think it'll beat the Bandai Model kit either way

Hasbro could beat the proportions, maybe. Maybe. If an all-new sculpt. The current one isn't hot. But certainly not the articulation. And at $22, I wouldn't expect them to. We shall see! The new Bandai ANH Stormie is pretty fantastic.

Well the above are $22 too. Those are the model kits not the figuarts. I'm not a fan of the bandai figuarts stormtrooper sculpts at all

The Bandai model kit looks great, if they just had sharper rims on the eyes they would have been home runs. As-is, I've come around to the fact they're probably the best-in-scale.

That's how they are out of the box. It's one of the reasons why I love them.

They make a 1/6 kit too. I dont love it AS much. But it IS nice

Damn, it almost looked like a shimmery cloth robe. Nice figure. I’m buying that right now. I mostly ignored all the TLJ stuff, so thank you for bringing it to my attention. Gonna have to look through that line and see if there are any other figures I missed out on.

Are you using the POTF Throne from the Final Duel Battle Pack?

There are some real gems in the Last Jedi and SOLO lines. The tooling is dead-on, now that they’ve gone digital. I’d also recommend the FL SOLO Darth Vader, it’s a perfect ANH Vader imo.



I’m actually using the Emperor Throne from holeinthegroundpro.com. I just need to paint and assemble it. They make awesome 3.75” Star Wars diorama pieces, like Cantina booths, tables, the bar, etc.

This is absolutely the best Emperor we have in 3.75”, and it’ll likely be that way for a long long time. Sadly he can’t sit, but he has alternate lightning hands and a cane. I almost got the POTF version but I can’t bring myself to collect that line.
