He probably saw it at SDCC. I'm curious to see if anyone asked then about it and its delays.

Also, what's up with Megatron? He went up for preorder 5 weeks after Bumblebee, and Bee was supposed to come out in May originally. Megatron has never even been mentioned in a shipping update, and they're already talked about the stuff shipping in August. 5 weeks between preorder = months of productions setbacks?

I don't even understand why he was at SDCC and not Prime and Starscream.

Might because of the lighting, the yellow looks a bit dull to me. The weathering effect is great... But might because of the setup there... The yellow cannot convince me it is a metal made bumblebee...

I thnk with the PVC, plastic materials like these, Ht, EB... They usually turn out similar to proto.

think its just the pics u posted. all other pics I've seen he looks fine, even the most recent ones i just posted from the Con he looks fine.

Those pics are taken by me in a HK Toy Show, that is, I see the real stuff standing right in front of me before I took the photos. But what I mentioned about the yellow painting is not perfect but acceptable with that price. I am already happy with it.

Another thing I am wondering... Those finger joints look a bit weird to me... Fingers look like broken when they bend... Same as the movie setting?

I have noticed that too. The joints are weird.
Not sure why 3A did it that way. My only guess would be for greater range of motion.

Just a very small toy show in Hong Kong lasts for 3 days only. In fact, this prototype had been shown in a toy shop in Hong Kong before this show.

Its what I thought about June. Then July. But realistically, the only way they can actually surprise me is if it comes out before September at this point.
