Irish should be getting a warning from the admins soon. I've tried to avoid him time and time again but he keeps hounding me. I ususally stay gender-nonspecific on boards for exactly that reason; because usually when I reveal that I'm a girl on boards like this or Transformers boards, there's always got to be a guy or 4 or 5 like him that finds it hard to believe that a girl can be just as geeky and proud of it as they are. Well my dad was a huge toy collector and he got me into it. I got his whole collection when he passed on and I like to keep collecting for obvious reasons. So screw you Irish and all you other jerks who don't like it!

That's why I was wondering how many other girls there are here. If there's none, maybe I should just re-sign up and stay ambiguous next time.

If you are going to be on a board that is 95% male...well then you either have to learn to roll with the punches and throw ^^^^ right back at 'em or don't reveal you are a female. Once you've been around awhile, you'll see how we are all one big incestuous family. Seriously though...they guys are cool....and if they cross the line, just tell them to back off and they will.

If he doesn't believe you, don't threat. He's just a person on a forum, but with time he'll come to understand that girls can collect toys as well. Irish is an alright guy. But yes, Jen is correct. Just roll with the punches.
