Well, good to know. I'm in a similar boat as you. I have two sitting in a tube right now that I want framed, but the problem is I don't know when I'll get around to it (nor do I honestly have the space.)

My hazy understanding was that long-term rolled storage of screen prints would impact the layers of ink. Chipping? Flaking? Cracking? Rubbing off? Something like that. You are also supposed to use spacers in your framing so that the ink doesn't touch the surface of the glass to avoid similar damage over time.

That's true for most framed items. Photos, paints, prints all can stick to glass and I think the bit of air/space helps prevent moisture from being an issue. So even if you don't like mattes (which take care of the problem) you at least want spacers underneath the frame to prevent direct contact.

I have a pretty sweet Glitter and Like Mike poster I just haven't had the chance to get framed that are all yours. If you are really nice I may throw in a Mystery, Alaska poster.

hey go you guys have any idea when the frankenstein print will be going on sale? i really need some help. i am out of town visiting a friend and of all the mondo posters this is my grail piece. is there anyone that could help me secure one? i can send the money asap through paypal. ive missed out on all of the mondo posters i have wanted but frankenstein is my all time favorite movie so i would really like to get this one. if anyone can help me out or give some more information about the sale please let me know. i already have an account ready on mondo if that helps.

Just subscribe to their twitter feed or like them on facebook and you will have a heads up as to when it will be going on sale. They will give at least a day's notice, probably more.

Very sweet release. Very ashamed I can never have my act together to score a Mondo release, even with an account, F5ing to death for hours, and having the CC info copied to paste...

Very depressing, to be quite honest. Especially painful with such a beautiful release...

Still thinking about the Frankenstein release, and I guess I'm just going to succumb to weeping on release day.

If I do try for it, can you experts recommend the best browser? I typically use Safari, but have also alternated to FireFox for some, all to no avail.

They don't have a booth or panel scheduled. My suspicion is that they will have a Mondo Mystery Movie at a local theater. They will Tweet the announcement at some point, and the fastest to respond will take their seats Thursday night when Captain America will start playing to a sold out crowd a night early, and 150 lucky people will leave with a Tyler Stout poster.

Meanwhile, I will be home in tears.
