This would be the best thing for Mondo. Just think how much money they could truly make if these weren't so limited? Plus I would be able to get everything I wanted :lol

And there would still be those people who missed it. So they might still hold 'some' value. For me, I don't much care about the aftermarket price. I care about what is going on my wall.

Final Version number for Man of Steel: 5,585...

Took 3 days to get to that number, whereas the Timed Batman print, in 24 hours, got 9,350.

Interesting.

I was able to get the Ansin Man of Steel. Would've loved the Steel version, but yeah, that didn't happen.

I think they've both got their strengths. The metal version is awesome, and it seems more "Man of Steel" to me, after seeing the movie, but I love the colors of the regular print, and it really screams "Superman" to me. I have no doubt that it will look beautiful when it comes out (*knocks on wood*).

people probably thought the moss would've turned out better than it did

I thought the Moss print was interesting, but it almost seemed like it didn't belong. The Art-Deco style just seemed like it'd be a better fit for Burton's Batman or, even, Returns, than any of Nolan's films.

what's going up this week?

Maniac. That's it.

Thursday and Friday, respectively, we will be releasing our poster for the upcoming remake of MANIAC and its soundtrack.

On Thursday, we have Jeff Proctor's brutal, gruesome poster for MANIAC. We previously premiered this poster at Texas Frightmare Weekend for the U.S. Premiere of the film. We are excited to release the remaining edition tomorrow in preparation for the film's U.S. Theatrical release. We will also be selling a few similarly themed leftovers from the Texas Frightmare Weekend.

On Friday we will be releasing the films soundtrack as our sixth LP release of the year. The music, by mononymous French musician Rob, is retro-synth reminiscent of the unique synthesizer soundtracks of the 1980's.

We hope you check out the film this weekend, or when it opens at a theater near you. If you have seen the film you know how good this soundtrack is.

You can see detail shots of both the poster and our vinyl soundtrack for MANIAC on our blog right HERE.

Please follow us on Twitter for the on sale announcement. This poster will be available online at a random time on Thursday, June 20th.

The MANIAC vinyl will be available online at a random time on Friday, June 21st.

Unfortunately I have to work tomorrow and would really really love to score either (prefer the regular) of the Maniac drops. If anyone can help me I will gladly give you a little extra for your troubles.

The Moss Timed DKR is not very good. The print is worth way less than retail and the quality of the print was lacking. I dont think I even bothered flattening it. There was missing ink on the lettering.. its going to be a print I tack up in my bathroom

See, I chalked that up to a stylistic decision, not a run issue. Maybe I'm wrong.

I didn't hate the print, though.

That Maniac print seems to take some artistic liberties when it comes to anatomy. For starters, that seems to be an awful tiny bit of hair/scalp to be covering that large of an area, and, also, I always assumed we had craniums that covered up our brains.:lol

Seriously, though, I just think that's a little extreme. When you've got Jason's silhouette holding the bloody axe on a poster, it says all it needs to; you're a horror fan, but when you've got a girl's scalp being ripped off on a 'Maniac' print. I don't know; not very subtle.
