Thanks Mikey, we'll check back in with ya, the OSW shots of Hicks have his eyebrows too thick IMO.

I don't know if you've heard of this trick, but Boot 25 suggests drawing in the circles for the irises with a pencil first just to get them centered right, using that as a guide when painting them.

Paint work and it's worth it, believe me, especially when you consider HT Drake and Ripley are coming and the 16" HT Alien Warrior works for these IMO.

It would be worth it, it's just it'll cost me about $45 in the end, and I doubt I can spend that with my Sideshow orders and all that's coming. Besides, I still haven't bought a Vasquez yet.

Yeah, I'd be in for a Hicks head from FL. I'm assuming the head that comes with "Hicks" just isn't going to cut it with the Apone sculpt next to it. Of course, I won't really know until I get these figures in front of me.

How does the Hicks head look, P? I remember you saying that you were going to stick with the HT Hicks sculpt before, now it seems like you've changed your mind, so does that mean the Hicks sculpt is too bland?

The Hero Heads Hicks is going very well! The sculpt looks phenominal. I need to order some heads myself, but he didn't respond to my email. Do I need to just send the order form, etc. through snail mail? Is this the ONLY way?

I think Snail Mail is the only way to go to order the Frontline Heads...but it is sure worth it! Mikey is currently painting up an Apone and Hicks for me, and I can't wait to see them. The included Hicks head is better than the prototype makes them look, but the Frontline heads are such great sculpts. I received Hicks and Vasquez and just waiting on Apone right now. Hot Toys has really raised the bar in terms of quality for armor, weapons, etc... I can't wait to order the new Alien/Predator kits too now!
