As the target gets closer, the cross hairs shrink down; making your aim true. Just wait till they get closer.

eh, yeah no thanks :rotfl.... I would be crazy to let those synths get any less than 10 feet from me

You wake up. Because it was a dream. Then it kills YOU.

:lol:rotfl:lol

Guy, I'm wondering, do your headset mics work in Isolation? I've seen YouTube vids with people laughing, talking, and whispering into
their mics, and the Alien AI is able to pinpoint their location based on the sound. I'm not sure if it's true, though...

I don't know about that but I will try it

Just to give you guys an idea of how much playing time I have with this game, I just got finished playing the section with Axl. I've had the game for 2 weeks. :slap

I'm not even close to 10% done with the game am I? :lol

Not even close :lol. For some reason, I lost all of my saves yesterday (so depressing :(), and I'm currently replaying everything. I blasted through Axel's scene in less than 30 minutes.

Through a lot of trail and error, I've found that the key to success in Isolation is to maintain a good pace. Keep moving, very discretely, even if the Alien's around. You don't want to move too slowly or stay in one area for too long, or else it will sniff you out like a blood hound.

Thanks for the tips.

No prob :duff. Here's another tip, just so you don't get stuck for frustrating hours on the Lorenz Employee Lounge (like I did last week): After you pick up the hacking device, make your way immediately up the stairs on the left-hand side, and crouch walk all the way to other end, through the door that was just opened. Be quick, and be sure to have your wrench handy in case you need to use it :lol. Another thing, don't get startled and run out the entrance you used to enter the Lounge, or else it'll be impossible to make it through that area.

I've been stuck for a minute. Hiding in a locker currently. Had the device but got killed. Attempt 2 now

More hours of gameplay :wink1:

I feel like it's done automatically. Ain't it? :lol

I've only hit one person. Have done some sweet escapes from the alien too. Now that I've encountered it I am hooked on this game.

Kid going with her mom tonight, girlfriend at work; getting chores done asap to get back into the game.

It does feel good when you escape the alien: like when you make it to the shuttle or elevator.

First time i saw the alien I was in a shuttle. Didn't hit 'X' to operate it. Turned around and saw the alien staring at me. I knew I was instantly doomed. :lol

This game is so fun.

I love the moments where I am sneaking around, enter a new room and the ALIEN is just standing there - not moving nor making noises...its scary as hell when its not doing anything!

Game is excellent. Its not for everyone, of course, but I am loving it
