Its a M203 Grenade launcher.Its normally mounted on a M16 but can be also used as a stand alone weapon.

Is the Hot Toys AVP Snapkits worth getting? How much are they going for these days?

No idea about prices, but they used to go for around £10 ($16). At that price they're decent enough for GI-JOE scale and good for army building!

Actually they're good kits - the main letdown is the rather lurid skin tone and tendency for components to get warped in transit. Nothing hot water won't solve though.

Is that then the same grenade launcher attached to Dutch's M16 in Predator? Looks like what's on the figure.

Kinda cool how weapons from Predator keep showing up in Terminator movies.

In fact, I believe that the minigun Mac uses in Predator is the exact same minigun used in T2. Not same model, but same actual gun.

Yep. Its normally attached to m16's.

Or an M-4. SF has them. You can put one in you ruck sack. Makes it easier when your climbing a mountain.

Yeah I think the thread was worthy of being stickied. Perhaps the other sections will see similar threads now.

Toy-related question - does everyone think HT are done with P1 now? We were all hoping we'd see more of the P1 special forces team, muddied Dutch and final battle Predator - in a way we even assumed these would come...and yet here we are now entering 2010 and not a peep. Its looking unlikely now, which makes the choice of Billy as one of the figures all the more odd. I was a defender of the Billy figure and the choice of the character...but only as long as the others, or at least a couple of the others got made. Now it just seems stupid that we have one soldier other than Dutch and its one whose actor wouldn't grant his likeness rights. Annoying.

I know some speculate the T-700 was in T:S, I do as well. The Terminators being constructed I believe were T-700's not T-800's. In the T:S universe T-700's look identical to the T-800's bar the finish of the endo and possibly A.I levels.

However, if Cameron had directed T:S the T-700's may have looked something like this.

Look at the head shape, the elongated shoulders and large arms. Seems like a primitive design, possibly a T-700. In the sense that each Terminator infiltrator becomes more refined and more human like. I may have misphrased my last comment. I believe that the image I previously posted could pass as a T-700 in McG's universe. If there was not a mix up between the T-700's appearance in T:S of course. In McG-land Infiltrators get smaller and more human like. However in Cameron's universe, with infiltrators the endo remains constant. Only the A.I becomes more advanced. So a T-600 endo and T-800 endo, in Cameron's universe, would look almost identical.

So long story short, the image IMO is a T-700 from McG's world. What could have been if McG had made a real decision about the T-700's continuity issues

I understand what you mean.....Well, In book Art of Salvation, there are pictures of Endos, and T-700 looks bigger and bulkier then T-800, but smaller then T-600.. (something similar to your description of this picture, but it looks a bit more rough)..

But I agree that T-700 (and earlier) in Camerons version wouldn't be so huge and different to T-800......These are pretty easy to spot, masks really don't help to disguise them

Not sure about a queen mother,an alien king could definately fit into the universe. Like a certain species of termite the colony has a king and queen. The queen can lay eggs without the king, but with the king fertilizing the queen, then that could create a far stonger and superior alien.
