Sorry about your bust. Ever since hearing about the flaking with other Angel of Death busts, i've been keeping an eye on mine.

As I said, here are a few bad pics of the Angel of Death maquette. #72/300 Don't judge it solely on these pics, as I just wanted to do something quick. These are just to show you the scale of the piece and how awesome it is.

The size took me by surprise, even though I knew it was 32 inches tall.

I will be taking much better pics later on.

The only thing I could say bad about his piece, is that the face is a little off. It shouldn't keep anyone from purchasing this maquette. It is a true beauty, and any fan of Hellboy would be hard pressed not to own this maquette.

The wings come separate from the body.

The box was probably the only disapointment, as it's just a blank black box with the name of the statue on it.

It's definately a HUGE statue.

That looks really good, I would love to see some more detail of the robe/cloth parts it looks a big chunky; overall though that appears to be a winner!

Yes, I do own the bust. No, the colors don't match up, but I don't see it as a problem. It should be fine to place beside the 1:1 bust.

I can't display both the bust and the maquette in my curio, seeing as how I haven't got any room.

It seems to go for between 500 and 600 buckaroonies these days.
Totally worth it. My favorite piece, hands down.

I (well, my boyfriend) got the HT Hellboy for christmas

Bad news is, the leg broke ALREADY, so it's just taped back right now until I can get a new TT to do a leg swap

It really is an AWESOME figure though, and it feels weird, and squishy

Abe feels really weird as the skin is much thinner. Kinda like real but cold clammy skin.
