Lego put out a statement regarding the Falcon and has the nerve to call that presale dumpster fire a "success"

75192 Millennium Falcon™ goes on sale from October 1st 2017, however due to the overwhelming success of our VIP Early Access, it will remain temporarily sold out.

Lucky guy! It's pretty clear lego completely screwed up the first in/first out order system as well amid their faulty website debacle. In the end they probably just randomly threw customers who were able to order into either now shipping or backorder status.

Look back at page 28, the answer is definitely yes. Lego screwed this up in every way possible.

Yeah, I just looked. According to the posts he got his order in over half hour after mine and even longer after the first guy to report they got theirs. I know I'll eventually get mine but that is still extremely frustrating. Imagine if this wasn't being restocked and this happened.

Yup, definitely frustrating... had an early order but as it's been stated, seems like they're being processed in reverse order, lol. Gotta love LEGO.

Yep. And I know a buddy who gave up. Went to walk his dog. Came back. Had no issue ordering and is also shipping now. Ordered after me even. It wasn't for lack of trying on my part though. I was trying to order from about when the falcon went online.

Yeah, no resentment towards you. LEGO are the ones giving the rest of the us the shaft. Again, congrats.

Read somewhere that Lego sold 6500 sets in the first hour in the US. And that they are trying hard to get more sets out asap.

I'm glad I didn't give up trying to order and wait for the general release cuz that's been ruined now. Appreciate the support to just keep mashing the checkout button till it worked.

I find it odd that US had limit 1 and the U.K. had limit 3??!

Only thing I can think is they saw how many were selling for their U.K. release and decided to limit ours to 1...because if I remember correctly ours was showing a limit of at least 2 prior to the sale going live. Then once it was available, it was changed to 1. The whole thing was just mismanaged right from the get go. It's not gonna change my buying habits any, I still love LEGO and all, but this whole thing has really left a bad taste in my mouth. And as usual, with some planning and transparency could have been at least partially avoided, I think.

It definitely said limit 2 and then changed to limit 1. I expected it to be a cluster******. Would have been upset if I missed out, but everyone saying this thing will be sold for a while.

As someone who no longer has any Star Wars LEGO sets, I feel that there is a significant lack of minifigs in that set.

With just one Chewbacca that is supposed to stand in for both, that is HIGHLY insulting

I guess it's supposed to stand in for the ESB version, so no Luke, Ben or R2, but I mean, it's $800, you could toss in a few extras there.
