I did pick up some floor polish and dug out my precision screwdriver. But once I got him into dino mode, where he will be staying for the time being, it became much less of an issue. But still appreciate the advice.

Okay, explain this to me... maybe I'm just misreading what you typed... we shouldn't put out our opinion on an unknown product unless it matches yours? And we shouldn't post positives about a company that we have good product from?

No! I never said you couldn't have your opinions,but it's the constant bashing the figure without actual production in hand photos or video reviews and basically just saying it's crap because it's not a "Fans Toys" product....and because I stick up for it,I get called names or told I'm a ******...seems like a double standard to me and the typical and usual forum putting words in my mouth that I didn't actually say, like not allowed to have opinions ...

and like you said, it's still an unknown product...it looks good (at least the updated prototype did,So yeah,I raved about it ...so what?? like Corsair doesn't rave about what he likes on here ).If the figure stinks,I'll join the rest of you and say so

I am a Fan Toys fan too by the way! So Far the Dinobots are awesome (ordered them all).My first Fan Toys Dino will arrive soon...I mean there alot of folks calling Scoria a potato.Seems nothing satisfies transformers collectors

Okay,I get it. I'm not going to call you names for being a true believer, like I said I'm hoping his products take off and do well. I believe we should all put our opinions on the table, but I see how this becomes a double sword, because the Daca guy used to post in this thread, haven't seen him in awhile, so if you're feeling under the heat just for being a fan I wonder if we haven't totally alienated someone that could have been a good resource. I do see threads asking why we don't see someone from "insert company here" and maybe that why. When I said the Daca Fire didn't do much for me, but maybe some light panel lining would help I wasn't trying to be overly critical, I was just discussing the product, but I can see how a flood of comments can run together and just make someone feel uncomfortable.
At any rate, I *** at you from time to time in fun, I really hope you don't just group all of that together with being atracked, if I really thought you were a ****** I'd just skip your posts.

Looks good, but I think these are around the 6 inch mark unless I misread it. Still a cool looking animated Prime.

it was mostly a blanket statement....I mean,some of you were iffy and kinda attacking it as the this thing has progressed through it's stages and when Daca said only 1,000 being produced (which is drop in the bucket) I thought if people had any interest at all,to get on board.Alot of times I am kidding when I say things like that.I think I have adopted that from over the years.Members here can be tough on one another

It's really odd, but the 'only making 1000' thing irked me, but if he posted in the customs forum, those same proto pics and said he's only making 20 and the first 20 people to pay their $300 get one I probably would have fallen over myself paying him. It really is odd how we ( meaning myself and anyone else who will admit to it) have such wide swinging double standards on some product. Anyways, he's a business man, I'm sure there's reasons to his decisions and if it were open ended he probably would have been accused of being greedy.

The main reason I don't frequent this thread is a passive aggressive vibe I see from a few members. Can't seem to resist repetitive negative comments about certain products and then act shocked when someone addresses it. My days of internet battles are long behind me but it makes for a dull read.

I like all areas of the property. More transformers = better. Brand-aggression/defensiveness is weird. But I am old and yell at clouds, so what do I know? I often think I'm not using the internet right.

Adult-who-buys-robots on adult-who-buys-robots violence makes me have a sad.

If you'd made it clearer that you were just generalising or being tongue in cheek the ill feeling could have been avoided. Misinterpreting words on a screen is easily done.

If Fans Toys weren't making Skyfire I'd go without unless Takara made an official one.

Video of Daca Toys Kronos. Not to flame the fire in here but I think Arafat? did an outstanding job here. Much respect for him considering he did most or all of it himself,plus he is actually selling it for a very fair price. That said I agree with Yonose in that the more options we TF fans have the better! Also waiting for you guys to post pics of Scoria once you get em in hand!

Computron would look great Takara's MP-08, especially with that mind transfer device accessory.

With a lot of the third party companies doing their take on the gestalts, I wonder how long before we might see a masterpiece style Omega Supreme?
