My MP Bumblebee has a unpleasant paint chip on his roof/chest area.. .debating trying to paint it, or add some silver weathering instead. just got unlucky i guess.

Received my Bumblebee and Magnus yesterday.

Bee is impressive for the size of the figure, very pleased with him. The exo-suit is a little underwhelming though. Would have been nicer if the helmet had the side panels painted and Spike/Daniel had a face. May pick up the Dr Wu kit.

Magnus is so much better in-hand than he looks in the pictures. Not sure how the photos throw off his proportions but he looks a lot less blocky once you have him in front of you. That and his sheer size are very impressive.

The butt flap is unsightly, but the white colour from the cab roof makes it quite unnoticeable from the front. I keep thinking they should have just given him a kama to hide it or just engineered a hinge into it the way others have suggested. He would have looked cool with a kama though.

Totally agree - maybe more so, since I've all but given up on 12" stuff in order to have the cash and space for these!

No other Brawn toy is able to lift other bots like Badcube's effort and it really adds to the fun factor.

Did you see the digibash someone at TFW did of Warpath? If the final figure looks that good it'll be another home run and I'm really intrested in seeing the transformation as I want to know how they've created the illusion of mass shifting.

Hobbylink japan. They were REally nice abnout it, but they don't have any more, and can't get them unless takara does a rerelease.

not a big deal, it's small, it's more the princeipal of the thing.

on the plus side, they were nice about it, and gave me a 20% refund, in the form of store credit, to apply to a future order. I get to keep bee.

I'm not Optibotimus but my 5 year old wants to co-review transformers with him! LOL

So, what's the deal with optimus prime anyway in this line of figs? I don't understand why he's part of the aerialbots and stunticons combiners.

Probably because figures of Prime sell, so he gets shoehorned into every release possible.

He's a repaint of Motormaster (coming soon).

Also, the whole combiners series is based on the IDW comics, hence why Slingshot is (and will be) absent and replaced by some sort of helicopter (or freaking Dragstrip). He actually dies in he comics.

Makes zero sense to me. But I gotta admit that Superion looks great for what it is. Better than the G1 version and way better than that 3rd party alien looking thing.
