I think im right in saying people dont read properly around here.
Spanbauer's suggestion wouldnt take up shelf space. It would be an online-store only type of deal. No need for a distributor or any of that stuff.

My point was if people are not going to buy it in the store for a lower cost, why would they pay more on a website and then have to pay shipping on top of that?

Look at how well those Universe exclusives sold on Hasbro Toy Shop.

Holy ____, another MP Prime repaint. Optimus Prime of Cybertron...ARISE.

What is this some sort of Nemesis Prime with an Autobot symbol?!?!!? HAHAAH. ROFL!!!!!! Oh man....

(I blame michael bay for the ignorance)

LOL!!! oh my god dude, are you serious!??

only the most tragic death of any cartoon idol ever.

wow. just, wow. :horror

Why is that an issue? Not everyone cares about the cartoons you know.

If you like 'em then fine, but have you ever considered that not everyone feels the same way?

...It's pretty sad though if you don't know about one of the most iconic moments in Transformers history. Especially since that's where the whole "TFs going colorless upon death" thing came from.

I would guess he has considerably more important things to focus on from day to day than every little detail of a 20 plus year old animated movie.

from the looks of things and the 2010 hint/celebration, we'll be seeing hot rod/rodimus and galvatron in MP form this year....

:rock

Now that's very good news, my collection is lacking a Galvatron and a MP Hot Rod/Rodimus would be infinitely preferable to the Alternators version.

I wonder if they'll make just Hot Rod or take a leaf out of FansProject's book and have the trailer form "armor" to bulk him up into Rodimus Prime?

Thats AWESOME news! Definately a better pick for the MP line than midgit Grim-dumb-____e-lock.
I just hope they dont ruin the whole thing and release another undersized toy.
At these prices i want something fairly large and heavy.

Not digging the dead Prime. That is a childhood memory I would prefer to suppress :lol

Can't believe a TF fan would knock the MP Prime, though. That is the absolute ultimate Transformer toy. Best one ever made.

Ugh. No Soundwave, or Devastator? What about a Bumblebee as Toyota something, or even a Blitzwing? 86ers. . .blech.

I dont think an MP Dev would work...it would have to be massive and would cost so much nobody would be able to afford it.
Id like an MP Soundwave but again i dont think it would work, mainly due to the outdated nature of the character design.

MP Prime is an awesome toy, he's my fave out of my entire collection.

Careful man, you were in danger of being entirely positive for a minute ;)

I'm sorta glad at Grimlock's scale being what it is as if you look at the cartoons he towered over most of the other Autobots so he fits perfectly with my main display of Classics scaled TF's.

Bigger than MP Prime or Megatron would have been better but would have also meant at least another £50 to the price which was high enough to begin with.

I could see them doing a MP Devastator, actually. Two sets, each with three Constructicons inbetween deluxe and voyager size, and together they form a MP Prime sized Devastator, maybe a few inches taller. That could work though, $100 per set, so $200 in total for Devastator.

I'd be up for something like that as like MP Grimlock the scale would work nicely with the Classics as construction vehicles are bigger than sports cars.
