just returned from toysrus london where i was lucky enough to get the last MP grimlock they had in stock! (3 MP grims to a container and they only recieved 1 container-wat a joke! great figure,no loose joints and doesnt feel hasblowish at all! literally a zero out of ten for the packaging as its almost impossible to remove the toy without damaging the box or slicing your finger open! also in stock was generations WFC optimus and the red seeker-thrust?!??! and the usual ROTF crap!

I don't mind something like Perceptor as a truck. He can be a science truck. Just pretend Bill Paxton is chasing weather in him.

lol

Yes, Transformers, the UK's most popular toyline.:gah:

And the yanks still reckon we have nothing to complain about.

I think it is time for..

At least you got the first wave. There's no chance of me ever walking into the store and coming out with WFC Prime and Darkmount. :(

EDIT:

Red Leader to the rescue! Looks like it was just your typical email response BS.

UPDATE - Generations Wave 2 released to the UK today!!! we have gotten confirmation of our order allbeit we have been allocated and only got 50% of it, however it should be out there from either today or monday dependant on delivery speeds so keep your eyes open TF hunters :)

On the downside it is apparently the last release we will see from the Generations line this side of Xmas but its not confirmed as dead and buried for 2011.

Finally decided to pick up Drift and he really is an awesome figure as everyone says. I kind of want to pick up Blur next but I'll wait to see how they look next to each other since i don't really wanna have 2 of the same molds

Okay, so I figured these were crap before I bought them. I've just always wanted Spike and Daniel figures and when I saw the crazy price I figured maybe they were improved since the proto pics.

Yup, they're crappy. Articulation is really basic, "vehicle" mode is not worth photographing, and Spike was broken right out of the package (which is the only reason it looks like his right leg can tilt).

I still kinda like them, though. :lol But they are very expensive Happy Meal toys.

I didnt know such a thing existed. They are happy meal toys?

No they are made by Impossible Toys and they are about $35 each. I just meant they are Happy Meal toys in terms of quality. This is probably the most ripped-off I've ever felt without being mad about it.

almost identical. only differences I see are the head, swords/blasters and shoulders.

yeah, I'm also let down frequently w/ IT's quality. While they do make some "must haves" the plastic quality and details really disappoint.

Yeah, exactly. I don't regret buying these since I doubt they will see any other toy incarnations but the quality is still a little hard to swallow.

yeah, that's the thing. I know he's just mostly a repaint, but I just hope they look different enough even if they're standing next to each other. And anybody know any good places to get MP-07 Thundercracker? I had no idea his price went up all of a sudden:gah:

I am considering selling mine. I got it in a lot. He is missing his box, instructions and mini fig but he has all of his weapons and his stand and is in great condition. I was going to list him for $150 shipped on Ebay but if you want to make me an offer PM me. :peace

HHAAHA....Man.... I saw those things...I still could not bring myself to buy those..hahah...but...at least your not mad about it!

The human figures are kind of neat since they were pretty important to the cartoons. I considered buying the set of the 2 "construction worker" guys from the cartoon from BBTS--I think they were $15 for both--but still didn't think it was worth it. They look like junk.

What the heck is going on there. Looks like a random jumble of parts. I guess this is inspired by the Bay-Former designs. . .

Shattered Glass Galvatron was created using a Universe Blades. I added some custom articulated hands (cast by Zildjian) and a custom set of copter blades.

When an attempted coup by Alpha Trion resulted in one of his trusted soldiers assassinating him, Megatron was resurrected by Nexus Prime into an even more powerful form known as Galvatron. Fueled by both the power of the 13 and a vision of a healed, peaceful Cybertron granted to him in the Allspark, he is now an even more determined and powerful adversary to the evil Autobots, though the betrayal he suffered sometimes still haunts him.

(thanks anthony of primo customs for the cool and unique idea!)
