Sorry, i meant like we did in 2009, got all pumped up and excited to see ROTF...twice...guess that wont be happening.

After ROTF I don't think I can get excited about a Michael Bay directed Transformers movie again.

Not that I didn't like some of it, but like the first one ( which I never saw until early 2009 ) the good bits required sitting through some truly cringeworthy stuff and I'm not keen on going through that a 3rd time.........I'm still recovering from the scarring caused by the sight of John Turturro's ass on a giant screen

Two more, Megatron and Optimus! Optimus is by far the weakest, but Megatron is the single best figure yet. And he's only a freaking DELUXE! Can you imagine what the voyager and inevitable leader class will look like?

Oh, and here's a link to pics of the new Ultimate Optimus Prime, the $80 dollar DOTM figure with the trailer. It's, erm...Better then RotF Devastator, I suppose?

Ew that Optimus is horrible and im the type of person who usually likes any optimus prime truck-based toy. Hopefully the leader or voyager will be better as this is just the deluxe right?
Megs is cool though.

Soundwave is definitely one of the coolest G1 figures, IMO. I used to have one and the main tapes from the cartoon--Rumble (the blue one--Frenzy was the toy's name), Laserbeak, and Ravage. But sold it at some point for some reason.

He should be the next MP figure.

Yes he is my favorite Transformer ever. Trying to buy every last Transformers toy would be impossible so instead I'm just going to work on individual characters. Soundwave will be my first then after I get several of him next will be Optimus Prime,Megatron,Bumble Bee,etc.

after seeing that prime, is it safe to say we will see the rotf leader prime's price rise in the near future? What a disgusting line of figures, everything has been horrible with the exception of shockwave (still not getting him unless takara gives him the metallic finish look) IMHO...

I wondering if these TF Prime toys are getting their own line, or if they are going to be part of the generations line.
If they are getting their own line, guess that means we're getting two arcee's this year.

Outstanding. SO, short version, we ARE getting 2 Arcee's this year. This one, and one in the generations line.


The hope for a passable G1ish Arcee from Hasbro is not dead yet.
