That finally answers my only concern about Herc and that's that he and a fully Crazy Devy Predaking will literally be able to see eye to eye:rock Now, can somebody please do a Menasor and I'll seriously never buy another combiner ever

Does anyone watch TF:prime?
They have finally decided to show it over here and im loving it, might even get some of the toys if they are decent and plentiful, wont be buying Prime though unless they make a voyager or a leader.

i love the show.

and worry not, Dub. We will be seeing a Voyager Prime that I think looks pretty awesome

Now...im not just being biased here, since i dont like third party stuff and, but i had a good look at these and seriously? You think these look good? They look soo cheap and chintzy, the plastic looks dull and cheap as hell, look at how the light bounces off the edges, cos its so thin its almost translucent.
:slap

lol... well, I don't think they're quite THAT bad, but looking at my Walmart Starscream and Skywarp now... despite the hip kibble, they still look really good to me. And yeah, I do think their colours seem richer, at least going by these initial pics. I love Starscream's weathered look, and there is something to be said for official Decepticon emblems (yeah yeah, I know there's always stickers, but factory stamped looks so much better).

I'll almost certainly still get iGear's Thundercracker, as there's really no other option at this point, and probably the Coneheads as well, but I think I'll hold off of SS and SW for now, at least... I guess there's plenty of time to make the decision.

Just pulled the trigger on Weapons and Medical Specialist, though. Sorry, but in no way are the official versions anywhere near as good looking in these cases! :)

It's a digibash of the prototype, so you can't really judge it on plastic quality or colors yet.

Im liking the new iGear seekers but i think ill be just getting Thundercracker im pretty happy with the Takara MP scream & warp so will save the money towards the coneheads or ratchet & ironhide instead

Also that new MP10 is amazing very very tempted but will have to see how much first.

My only issue with the iGear Seekers is just how flat the paint looks.

When I showed my mom the MP TRU Rodimus, she thought he didn't look as "shiney" as all my other transformers.

I can just imagine what she'd say about the seekers if I showed her :lol

Sweet! Cant wait to see in-hand pics of him, as you can never trust the photoshopped official pics.

I hear you. I always feel a bit cheated when you finally go to the store and see the figure there. Hasbro's pics are always so nice and make every figure look likt it has a metallic paint job. Now everything is just colored plastic

but I can't pass up a good Prime figure from a great cartoon

yes. i like the show. i like that it is darker than previous TF cartoons and that they have those throwaway Vehicons for the autobots to actually kill in the episodes. and i'm waiting patiently for the toy line to hit shelves. i'll definately be picking up most of the main characters. it'll be my springboard back into TF collecting.

Are you completely caught up on the show Craw? It's getting pretty intense as the season comes to a close.

As Ra88 said, the Starscream & Skywarp images are digibashed which also have "not final" clearly written on them.

The final pieces will be fine, just as the Coneheads are.

I kind of hope we get a bit more to them, though.

Extra heads/facial expressions, laser pistol or something, maybe a cape and crown for Starscream, etc.

I don't know - it just seems rather plain. People will consider keeping their MPs and passing on these unless they can offer something a bit more than the hip kibble fix, imo.

I mean, yeah, the hip kibble thing is annoying, but the way I see it, to use the Walmart Starscream as an example, we'd be trading nice detailing/weathering and factory tampoed Decepticon emblems for the hip kibble fix. That may be a "fair" trade-off, but since I already have MP Starscream, I think I'd be looking for a bit more to justify the purchase.

Unique faces for all three would be a big bonus and go a long way to convincing me to buy, imo.

Gonna have to give this show a chance... I watched the premiere and thought it was pretty good, but I haven't had the time to watch the rest yet...

New heads would be a very good idea as they could also offer them seperately for people who already have the official molds.

The lack of weathering doesn't bother me as I prefer clean finishes and weathering on a stock toy by the company producing it almost always looks crap....Wal-Mart Starscream being no exception.

With another 3rd party version of Starscream's cape & already available it's not really needed.

It could be included to fill out the package but that would stick the price up and there's already too much complaining about that type of thing.

I'm itching to start watching Prime

I'm on hold at the mo & my parents are recording it for me back home so I'll have about 16 episodes to watch next week when I get home to catch up as it started the day I left the UK

Marathon TF session...better stock up on the snacks :D

I actually removed the weathering from my MP Starscream when I first got it. But I am in the boat that would have a very hard time biting the bullet on the new Starscream and Skywarp, since I already purchased the Hasbro versions and they are more than good enough. Too bad Skywarp wasn't a big seller for Hasbro, as I wish they would have just released a Thundercracker here and would spare me having to pay much more than a retail version domestically would cost, essentially for a knock-off in more cartoony colors that I'm gonna have to spend extra $$ buying reprolabels for.

I disagree, I think it brings out the detail nicely in this case.

Granted, I don't want the price to go up. I still think we should have a few extras included, though.

Very nice - now, this is included with the second Herc-bot, correct? (I forget his name...)
