Got my MP Sideswipe today and man he is awesome!

I managed to clean up my TF display a bit. Still a work in progress. Can't completely hide the wiring completely so I may hide them with backdrops or something. MP01 and MP05 are placeholders until DX11, DX13, and Catwoman arrive. No idea where to fit Starscream, Soundwave and his minions. Looks like I may need another detolf. Excuse the ****ty phone pics.

Someone knocked on my door early this morning. Didn't know that Canada Post delivered on Sunday. The postman dropped this guy off!
Very impressed! Love the new head sculpt and less kibble in robot mode. Would have been nice to have a stand for plane mode included, but it's not that big of a deal. Not QC problems that I can see so far. So glad I pulled the trigger on this guy! Unfortunately he's going back in the box for Christmas.

Ordered First Edition Prime and Bulkhead with the 40% off deal on Thurs, Fri got an email saying that my order was cancelled. A little pissed off about that, and the fact of TRU hasn't refunded my money yet.

I think Inferno will be a tad bigger than Red as iGear's Specialists are around the same size.

The Henkei/Classics ones? They're a bit taller than iGear's Vanbots.

I'm probably being harsh on the CHUG style, I suppose it comes from reading too many posts at TFW from people who seem to think every release should be made in that style....others may think the same about my stance but I'm not saying the lines I dislike should stop being made....with the possible exception of Bayformers

Wait, no - the ones who think Takara should/will release MP Grimlock - but an inch or so taller so he's bigger than MP-10. Yeah, those guys are more annoying.

I've only got a couple HT figures left that I sort of want to keep - Pred 1 and T-800 (Arnie), but I just can't display them with my TFs. It's getting to the point where I might just end up selling them because they don't fit anywhere, but they're such nice figures...

I guess we'll see.

I was really one after Optimus, I can deal with the missing paint. Bulkhead was just a bonus really, at 40% it made it worth paying what retail would be.

I stand corrected on the CHUG Inferno mold....it's been a while since I owned it.

Those people are also very annoying, I think the following sums up why Takara won't manage that,

1.Legal issues.

Whether it's with car companies, racing teams & their sponsors, private owners ( of certain cars ) or original owners of the toy designs this is something that can't be discounted.

But it does.

Frequently

2.Certain characters just aren't financially viable.

Virtually everyone will want Masterpiece Soundwave & tapes.....but Masterpiece Skids or Grapple?

Not so much.

3.Repeat 1 & 2.

A bigger Grimlock would be OK if it were 4-5 inches taller and came with a MP Wheelie, but just an inch bigger would be a bit pointless.

I've been wanting him for some time, but with his price I could get a HT Iron Man suit instead. Still wishing FoC Grimlock came out as a Leader Class.

I think they could of done a lot more with the figure if they had made FoC Grimlock leader class, but oh well. I'll still get him cause its Grimlock and I really loved the game.

Has anyone gotten MP Red Alert? After getting Sideswipe I've been thinking about getting him but I just can't decide.

I'm putting off Red Alert, I'm hoping for more Autobots first. I imagine he will be easily available down the road.

I did though I haven't voted yet as I'd sooner see Impactor put into production or another run of Faith Leader with further improvements.

That being said if another run of something from that list helps pay for more all new molds then I don't think there's any harm in them being released.

I know what you are saying but a re-release of the PP03 coneheads will be great to me as it will save me loads on buying them on Ebay

Yeah, I voted for Huffer. I don't really want a straight up reissue though - I want an upsized version, in their new Mini Warriors scale.

Yea, I can't believe how much his price has shot up. Your looking at $220 easy. I think I sold my Takara one for about half that.

Has there been talk of a redo of MP Megatron? I tried to like it, but I never did.

But ya, I can't believe it but I've been going back and forth with buying up the MP line again. I haven't bought a TF in a loooong time.
