It's really disappointing that the teased IDW Prime is part of a new scout-sized line.

That is disappointing, maybe somewhere down the road we will get a voyager of both Optimus and Megs.

Has it been confirmed if this is FOC Metroplex or just another one of Hasbro's take on the character? Either way I really dig it and will probably buy it.

Also love the upcoming Orion Pax. Just wish it wasn't deluxe class

This thing is incredible. It's like they decided to give the big ticket SW vehicles love to Transformers. Here's hoping they'll keep them going, this guy needs a Trypticon to face off against. Maybe one that transforms into the Nemesis!

This just in from Toyfair: US MP Soundwave will have all five tapes.

Wow, that's pretty surprising!

But a lot bigger news, literally: FOC METROPLEX. 2 feet tall, taller then Fort Max(!), light up eyes, comes with Scamper. Pictures will be coming soon.

I gotta admit, though - my favourite news from Toy Fair is the new GI Joe Tomahawk, but this is all cool stuff, too.

DPrime no not a scraplet, Lerath666 is right it's ravage's head. I made it out of scrap metal at work. Originally I was debating making the entire figure but the amount of work that went into just this head was ridiculous so I moved on to other projects.

I have been debating a scraplet for some time tho. Maybe 1:1 scale?

Trailbreaker/cutter is pretty nice, but I think I'd prefer an MP version at this point. Glad to see the G1ish CHUG stuff making a comeback, though.

Oh yea thats right, the original was molded in grey i think, i should have known since he has that weird eye.

Some of the Animated figures were cool, much better then Prime IMO..would have loved if the show continued and we got a Cyclonus.

Looks like a remold of some kind. I don't have my Animated version here beside me or anything, but the legs, the face and the alt modes are dead giveaways.

Oh, very cool - I love Animated. I just don't think this is any kind of real substitute for what I'm looking for, in terms of G1 Blitzwing. Which, I guess is fine, since it's not SUPPOSED to be.

I think that maybe the RTS Cyclonus might be a decent stand in, though... Personally I would have LOVED an Animated Strika.

That Soundwave US deal sounds (heheh) rather good. Though never gonna see it here, so it doesn't matter that much. But a good deal nevertheless.

I kind of like that Metroplex. The waist is a bit too slim and small, but this is not a bad one. Might very well get one.

IMO not either bad, whatever it is.

Orion Pax and Megatron are also rather nice, but that IDW-style mini optimus is rather disappointing.

cool, I like that rotating head gimmick, only because it means I can leave it as the G1 head and other who like the animated head can be satisfied too. I'm gonna see what Takara does with this before deciding.
