I would have preferred that all the sponsors logos weren't present but it looks as if some from the real car are missing so rights issues may actually have helped there as otherwise it would have looked too cluttered and I wouldn't have been intrested

Seems to be missing quite a bit from what I can see.

I too am glad they went with this, though. I think a real-world accurate one would have still been purchase worthy (for me at least), but I think I prefer what they did here.

I reckon the variants for both Galvatron and Megatron V2 will be "reformatting" versions that're based on the scene in the '86 Movie.

With a mix of clear purple plastic and regular parts they would look pretty cool.

That would be pretty cool, but there's also the Diaclone (or whatever line it was for Megatron) variant for Megs and the G1 toy-accurate version for Galvatron.

Guys quick question but has anyone tried putting the MP10 trailer with Faith Leader?

I've been thinking that like Corsair I might go for a rolling out display now that I'm picking up doubles of the cars & thought that seeing as I have Faith Leader in a box doing nothing I could use him as the Alt mode Prime with MP10's trailer & use my MP10 figure as my robot mode Prime

Saves me having to shell out for 2 MP10's that way

MP10's trailer would likely be too big.

I've been close-ish to buying MP10 twice now ( I had the cash ) recently but couldn't pull the trigger so I think I may just get some more risers and display my Autobot cars in both modes on those instead.

The ideal solution for me would be if iGear had released a trailer for Faith Leader but they didn't and are unlikely to go back to that project because of all the flak they got for "borrowing" the MP01 design in the first place so I may even sell FL to fund a second Tiger Track.

Although I'd love to see Sunstreaker or Mirage announced next I'm actually hoping MP20 is Galvatron or Ultra Magnus as that'll give me a bit of a break from the line and time to save a bit for the next round of Autobot cars.

OK it doesn't have all the tapes, but the shade of blue they used is nicer, and unlike the Hasbro it's visor is red instead of piss yellow

I think Takara and Hasbro missed a trick by not doing the same with Soundwave's visor as they did with Grimlock's and chroming it.

Its funny you mention the yellow visor because you posted that a while back, and it got me thinking about that lol. Yeah, the yellow visor will drive me crazy. The tapes are still pretty easy to find so I'll have plenty of time recoup funds.

A bright, bold yellow would have been just like the G1 toy and therefore fine.

But it's a kind of sickly shade which only brings to mind one thing

With the price of the second run being so good now seems as great a time as any to get the Takara one.

iGear have announced their next wave of Mini Warriors are shipping on the 15th so I should have Gears in the next couple of weeks!

MP Prowl, Bluestreak and Smokescreen are actually my first orders with them.

I've not read any bad reports about them so I'm guessing they're OK....people don't tend to be shy about complaining on the internet if they get bad service after all!
